They warned me not to turn the truck on and to have it towed to their dealership. During the trip there, I googled costs, time-frame, and what I just got myself into it.... And it wasn't looking good, especially since I was just passing through with family to go cut down our yearly Christmas tree in Colorado. Just Google def in diesel tank for a fun read. Upon arriving there and explaining my situation, several of the staff volunteered to stay late to help us get back on the road. They treated us like family (though we were just passing through). In the end, it looked like the entire building was staying late on our account, including a manager and the owner. This is beyond impressive and speaks highly of how this dealership is run and the work ethic of this place's employees. Even though it's not remotely close to where I live, I will be ordering my next Ram through this dealership.

We left frustrated by the unhelpful service rep's response and went to Reilly Auto Parts where we purchased the lamps. They were so helpful and installed them for us within 10 minutes. They are competent technicians and their tire and service prices are fair and reasonable. They did not charge for tire rotations and often not for simply flat repairs. They completed work in a timely manner and were honest, pleasant, and informative when discussing the issues. I prefer to support family-owned business when possible, so I appreciated it was a father-sons enterprise. I highly recommend them and wouldn't take my tire-related business anywhere else in Vernal.

Kind of a scary looking repair shop from the outside. Went in, spoke with Don and he took a look at my vehicle the very next day!! I had even grabbed a new thermostat at the local parts place just to expedite the repair. Turns out I was just low on coolant. (A SLC Jiffy Lube didn't fill it up last week!) Don explained everything very well to me. Returned my part and asked me to return if there was any further problems. Gave me a list of things to watch out for too. Don was simply awesome. Honest.
