When they sent the paperwork in to my insurance company, they were happy with the price and paid for it right away. Service was friendly, but I'm not satisfied with the quality. My rear window didn't work from the main control, and I had to call Toyota to find out how to fix it when they couldn't do it. I called My husband thought they were going to replace the doors, but all they did was put on a new skin, and it isn't tight enough to keep out the air. The car is now very noisy. Also, when the passenger window that I had left open a crack had ice on the outside, the trim started to go up with the window, when I tried to close it. Given my experience, the repair wasn't worth the price charged. I would never use these guys again.

They are competent technicians and their tire and service prices are fair and reasonable. They did not charge for tire rotations and often not for simply flat repairs. They completed work in a timely manner and were honest, pleasant, and informative when discussing the issues.
