When they sent the paperwork in to my insurance company, they were happy with the price and paid for it right away. Service was friendly, but I'm not satisfied with the quality. My rear window didn't work from the main control, and I had to call Toyota to find out how to fix it when they couldn't do it. I called My husband thought they were going to replace the doors, but all they did was put on a new skin, and it isn't tight enough to keep out the air. The car is now very noisy. Also, when the passenger window that I had left open a crack had ice on the outside, the trim started to go up with the window, when I tried to close it. Given my experience, the repair wasn't worth the price charged. I would never use these guys again.

To make matters worse, they damaged the rear brake lines during the process. Their lack of professionalism is glaring. When I tried to address these issues, they were aggressive and even attacked my previous reviews rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes. If you need a reliable tow, save yourself the headache and the repair bill--call a different company that actually respects the customer's property and instructions. The amount we were charged from Adam's shop for towing our camper was $3620.22 to haul it 7.9 freaking MILES down the road, not to their shop! They broke lock on our door when breaking in, then found truck keys and drove our truck to shop instead of towing. The amount we were charged for them to drive our truck to tow yard was $851.50! When they tried to put slide in on camper they didn't take the time (but charged us for it) to move anything out of the way, so now the slides won't go all the way in and they messed up the motor and now slide doesn't slide in all the way in like it did before. Not only did they charge us a total $4,471.72 they told us the only way they would accept our payment and be able to get our property back was to pay with cash... straight up robbed us. I'm not sure how these people sleep at night.
