Mark opened his shop for us and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very honest, gave us invaluable information and provided options. While his shop didn't have the part we needed (and that's ok), he couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating to try and help us get on our way. Super grateful he answered his phone on that Sunday

They did not change the fiulds in the diff or change the coolant, just topped them off. They didnt change the air or fuel filters. All this was on the work order. The person at the service desk could care less and gave me attitude. I had to have the machine and will take it to another kawasaki dealer as I was told it would be 3-4 weeks before they could get it back in. DO NOT GO Here!!!!! should be no stars

We can't recommend these guys more. Absolute champions!…read more Our van had an issue while we were passing through, and 2 other mechanics quoted us close to 1000 to fix the problem. We were on our way to Canada via San Francisco, and had very limited funds. We needed a fix that would get us to Canada, where we'd be able to afford to do the larger repair that was needed. We explained this all to Dennis, and he understood. Instead of ripping us off like the other shops wanted to, he came up with a solution that would get us safely to Canada, where he made us promise we'd have the serious repairs done ASAP. The repair was done quickly and well - and he even called us the next day to check we were okay. What a sweetheart! Honestly, if it wasn't for Dennis, we'd still be stuck in Rock Springs. So thank you Dennis!

My daughter and I got a history lesson about the area and we all shared some laughs as Lud and my daughter exchanged some good-natured ribbing creating laughs and memories. Lud is much more than a man who can help you out when you need it most, he's a walking history book as well as an all-around nice man. We didn't like the fact that our vehicle broke down but we sure enjoyed meeting Lud. If we ever come near to Rock Springs again, we might even hope our vehicle breaks down on the highway again.

Called around to many places in the surrounding area to be told they were booked weeks out or couldn't do anything. These wonderful people wanted to help me if they could, which they did. They helped bring me into town and to their garage to work on it. I told them it was important to get back on the road ASAP for an appointment in another state, and I could tell they were committed to making that work, making immediate parts calls and getting to work. In short, everyone I dealt with: the owner Blaine and his wife, and mechanics Tim and Kelley were compassionate and diligent and got me back on the road just a couple hours later! Wild Card drove 100 miles to get us and towed the SUV all the way back to their shop in Green River. It arrived after 7 pm but Wild Card is open 24/7 so they were able to get the repair done right away. Being stranded miles away from help in a strange place made us feel very vulnerable. But the staff at Wild Card was honest, very friendly and helpful, and did a great job for us. We felt lucky to have found them.
