He quoted us $400-500. 2 weeks later he tells us there are a few things wrong with the motor and that he would recommend buying a motor he had. The motor was for sale for $500 and he told us he could install it for a couple hundred dollars. So we decided to go with the new one as we didn't know if the motor we had on it would end up being more than that. He assured us the motor was good. Justin never called us to let us know what was going on and we had to call after weeks of waiting to find out it needed a new water pump. He told us our boat would be ready at the end of the week finally! He gave us a price which was well over $700, it was $1360 now. The day we were going to pick it up, he texted to let us know that he needed to get a new hydraulic pump now. He told us it would only be $80 more. We finally picked up the boat and it was $200 more instead of $80 for the part. The motor didn't even have a propeller so we had to find one. We tested the motor and it was hard to start but it fired. So we packed up all of our things and took the kids out on the lake only to be stranded on the lake because the starter failed. This all started in March and it's now almost June and $1500 later and the boat doesn't work. Whatever you do, don't take your boat to this business. All time worst customer service ever. You'll just be wondering what's going on and be surprised with a much higher bill than you expected.

Took my ATV in for service and tune up and told them 10 times to change all fuilds and filters…read more They had it for a month and rebuilt the carb changed the oil and oil filter. They did not change the fiulds in the diff or change the coolant, just topped them off. They didnt change the air or fuel filters. All this was on the work order. The person at the service desk could care less and gave me attitude. I had to have the machine and will take it to another kawasaki dealer as I was told it would be 3-4 weeks before they could get it back in. DO NOT GO Here!!!!! should be no stars

We were on our way to Canada via San Francisco, and had very limited funds. We needed a fix that would get us to Canada, where we'd be able to afford to do the larger repair that was needed. We explained this all to Dennis, and he understood. Instead of ripping us off like the other shops wanted to, he came up with a solution that would get us safely to Canada, where he made us promise we'd have the serious repairs done ASAP. The repair was done quickly and well - and he even called us the next day to check we were okay. What a sweetheart! Honestly, if it wasn't for Dennis, we'd still be stuck in Rock Springs. So thank you Dennis!

Basically, I had a broken clip on a coil after the other dealership replaced spark plugs on my Toyota about 3 weeks ago. I had no appointment, Rock Springs had to get the piece from another dealership & they completed the job that day. The service gentleman was very apologetic, sympathetic to the situation, and explained the issue well.
