A very helpful gentleman answered the phone and confirmed he had the part we needed. Since it was Memorial Day weekend and they would be closed until Tuesday he kindly stayed after 6pm while we rushed over to get the part! He saved our weekend!! we called Monday desperate for help with our fifth wheel. We had gone around a curve in the…read moremountains and the RV fridge leaped out of its cabinet, strewing food everywhere. we tried to brace it back up unsuccessfully. The service folks at Esquire RV told us to come right in and they would try to help get us back on the road. they did better than that. the folks who had installed it earlier this year had done a terrible job, using only 4 short screws to attach it to a cabinet made of super thin wood and never bothered to extend the little adjustable legs on the bottom of the fridge, so the fridge was floating on an unstable paper thin floor. They built in a new cabinet with insulation behind it to keep the cold in, used much better pocket screws, filled in the gaps, and upgraded the veneer which the original folks had not even bothered to supply. We ended up with a better cabinet altogether. They got us back on the road same day. Awesome, great. friendly folks. I highly recommend.

I immediately located the Jeep/Dodge "Downtown Auto Group" and went to the customer service department. The service rep (perhaps Derek or Travis) curtly said they were too busy to help look at it or replace. The parts department rep was very friendly and said he could sell me the bulb parts, but... We left frustrated by the unhelpful service rep's response and went to Reilly Auto Parts where we purchased the lamps. They were so helpful and installed them for us within 10 minutes. Kind of a scary looking repair shop from the outside. Went in, spoke with Don and he took a look at my vehicle the very next day!! I had even grabbed a new thermostat at the local parts place just to expedite the repair. Turns out I was just low on coolant. (A SLC Jiffy Lube didn't fill it up last week!) Don explained everything very well to me. Returned my part and asked me to return if there was any further problems. Gave me a list of things to watch out for too. Don was simply awesome. Honest. Friendly. Very informative. I will return to him again if there is any other problems with my vehicle.

When they sent the paperwork in to my insurance company, they were happy with the price and paid for it right away. Service was friendly, but I'm not satisfied with the quality. My rear window didn't work from the main control, and I had to call Toyota to find out how to fix it when they couldn't do it. I called My husband thought they were going to replace the doors, but all they did was put on a new skin, and it isn't tight enough to keep out the air. The car is now very noisy. Also, when the passenger window that I had left open a crack had ice on the outside, the trim started to go up with the window, when I tried to close it. Given my experience, the repair wasn't worth the price charged. I would never use these guys again.
