The service folks at Esquire RV told us to come right in and they would try to help get us back on the road. they did better than that. the folks who had installed it earlier this year had done a terrible job, using only 4 short screws to attach it to a cabinet made of super thin wood and never bothered to extend the little adjustable legs on the bottom of the fridge, so the fridge was floating on an unstable paper thin floor. They built in a new cabinet with insulation behind it to keep the cold in, used much better pocket screws, filled in the gaps, and upgraded the veneer which the original folks had not even bothered to supply. We ended up with a better cabinet altogether. They got us back on the road same day. Awesome, great. friendly folks. I highly recommend.
