If you've ever been in a relationship with a narcissist than you'll understand what it's like working for Naples Auto Sales. The day has come where I can finally speak the TRUTH. I worked for NAS for four years, in many different positions. I was a very valuable employee there. So much so, that I was awarded Employee of the Year and they sent me on a paid trip to Maui. The point is, I spent a lot of time there and dedicated a lot of my life to them. There was brief talk of my taking the HR position when she was ready to retire. I was committed to them and they knew it. That, however, did not stop them from completely stabbing me in the back! In my last months there, an employee left for a different job. NAS took that as a personal blow and the GM verbally attacked that ex employee and opened a courtroom case against them. Immediately upon finding this out, I went directly to the GM and HR and stated I knew nothing about any accusations and I did not want to know anything about the case. I simply wanted to carry on doing my job like I always had. They informed me that they had all the information they needed and that I may have to speak with an officer at some point and that was that. The day came for me to interview with the officer and I told him the exact same thing I told NAS. The TRUTH which was I knew nothing and had zero desire to know anything. I'm a huge advocate for minding my own business until it affects me directly. Shortly after my interview with the officer, the GM approaches me to tell me he's letting me go. This was a a huge shock to me as they had just given me a $17k annual raise (after throwing a fit about my pay vs workload.) They didn't even give me a reason. Obviously I knew it was because I wouldn't jump on their bandwagon of pointing fingers at someone I didn't know (or care) if they were guilty. I only found out "officially" when I heard from the State of Utah that NAS was trying to deny my unemployment due to crazy accusations about my involvement in this case. Even the State saw through HR's garbage and awarded me unemployment saying they have no legitimate case against me. Because I was INNOCENT. The only people I was ever trying to protect are literally the ones that hurt me. Now that I am out of that toxic place and the case has closed, I am so done protecting them. So now that the truth is out about what happened with me, let's talk about the truths that are still happening at NAS. Working in the service department I learned that they will always do the bare minimum of repairing any vehicle. They will buy the cheapest parts available or use whatever "bandaid" they can to save a buck. Though that doesn't stop them from charging a full markup. The service writer will purposefully screen calls she doesn't want to talk to because she can't come up with a made up answer as to why the vehicle isn't ready. A lot of the time it's because she dropped the ball herself. Other times it's because they can't hire and keep quality mechanics. There is a huge turnover rate for mechanics, in and out. The good ones leave to work somewhere they're valued and not micromanaged. The others get fired for repeatedly breaking things. Their website still advertises an ASE certified mechanic but he actually quit years ago. Is that... false advertising? Working in sales I was conditioned to believe it was the customers fault they had such a high down payment or interest rate. That it was the customers fault they could only afford a clunky car that was sure to breakdown two months later. It didn't matter if they were a young, single mom just trying to get by. As a salesman I was conditioned to not see them as people with lives but as people who didn't cater to their credit scores and didn't deserve nice things. Working there, they literally tell you, "if we don't do it, the next dealership will and then it's them getting paid." Eventually, just falling in line making questionable sales because if you don't, you can be assured that the GM will get after you about every lost sale. The problem with this company is that not everybody there is a bad guy. There are genuine people who work there, really just trying to make a living. (Like myself.) It's the management who controls what does and does not go. I mean truly, some employees will really go above and beyond to help the customer. Forgot to sign an important document? They'll sign it for you! You don't even have to know about it! Don't have proof of income or address? No big deal. They're experts in photoshop and will create documents for you! Anything to make sure you get that loan approved! I've seen it all. I've even been made to play an active part in it. It felt wrong of course but I didn't dare not comply. (Rightfully so? I mean look what happened once I finally stood my ground.) But overall, the place is questionable at best, largely in part due to management using employees as pawns for sketchy and illegal activity. read more

I have recently bought a car from Naples auto I love it!! Every one at Naples auto was very helpful the first day. The next day I went in to sign papers and have a a rock chip repaired well one of the detailers backed into my car and scratched it pretty good. They came in told me about it and said they were going to take care of it! They told me to came back the next day drop my car off and get a rental car for the weekend so my car could get fixed. I had got my rental car and was getting ready to go and the older gentle man the manager came out and was asking if I had hit something and was kinda being a butt about it. It was all handled the day before everything was going so good till he kinda got rude with me!! Aja, Aaron and jvene was all really good! I would totally recommend buying a car from them!
