The manager at this location was very helpful and held a conversation when prompted. He made me feel comfortable, although walking in to an auto parts store 7mths pregnant, I felt a bit out of place. When I returned the tool they "loaned" us, he was just as pleasant as the first encounter and remembered me. He asked if everything went well and if my car was now fixed, which I thought was a nice gesture. It is hard to find "good" customer service and I appreciate it when I see it! I told my husband that I liked that store, and he agreed that it had a good experience there, when he choose it just a few weeks ago for the first time!

They diagnose the problem and replace the battery right then and there. The other day, our battery was dead. We jumped the car but it would die again so we ran it over to IB. They told us there was a bad cell in the battery, they hooked up a battery so we didn't lose our settings, they replaced the battery and disposed the old one. We were home in under an hour.

You are greeted but a bright interior with tall ceilings and fully stocked shelves. This store has always been clean for me, easy to navigate, and has never been out of stock of what I needed. After you get what you need, you go and pay at the front, and then you are on your way! The stores layout and cleanliness really help you when you're in a hurry and need to find what you need. I haven't been dissatisfied, disappointed, or overwhelmed when I have been here. Employees: This is where this AutoZone shines for me!
