Very dishonest people and they say they are for veterans but my husband took his boss hoss here and…read moreit was in worse shape after then before. He drove from cal city to ridgecrest, granted a couple days beforehand we were in a parade taking a veterans remains to the cemetery so it was in perfect working order. But when we picked it up it was a disaster and they stated the crap that was wrong with it just happened. He had to get a trailer to haul the trike because it was undriveable. And the front of the ferring just wobbled in the wind. They stated the screw was gone. Don't you think in the parade and the drive from cal city that it would've done that then? And then the front of the trike where the fork is was and is crooked and the shifter would not shift. Another mechanic thinks they took it for a joy ride and didn't know how to shift it so they grinded the gears and stripped it. We will be going to court and filing a lawsuit. People beware, especially fellow veterans.

Despite appearing fully booked with business, I was greeted as soon as I arrived, and within minutes Uriel was under the hood assessing the situation. 45 minutes later I got the "everything checks out, possibly just a loose battery cable connection" which was corrected. Now the UNBELIEVABLE part... they did not charge me!!! 45 minutes of diagnostic work and when I went to pay, Al's (service desk) response was, "No charge, we didn't fix anything". IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT!!! Empathetic to my plight, expeditious, honest and generous...! Gentlemen at D. George's auto repair, you're the best!
