The customer service with the follow up to rectify this is all I can ask for. Thank you sir. I would give them another chance if I lived here. The phone definitely had more issues than just the battery. Place in Vegas had to extract all the software and firmware and reinstalled new software. Was not an easy task and a lot of YouTube videos were involved to diagnose. I inherited my mother's car and my mother always purchased a "AAA" brand of battery. When the battery died on my me, I went to the place I have been going to for the past 15+ years. I stayed in the lobby, as I always do, and when the technician was done, said all set. I paid $120.00 for a 4 year warranty, brand new battery, or so I thought. As the year went by, I'm independent and check my oil, put in fluids in my car every now and then and looked at the battery to see it's a the same name battery as my mother always purchased. At the time, I thought, well maybe they sell the same battery brand and didn't think about it until I was ready to take my other car in for a new battery. Then it hit me! I checked for all my receipt of when I took Mom's car in and lo and behold, My mother kept that receipt, from 2015, in her glove compartment. The same brand, same numbers, written on this receipt for this Mom's car. So I called them and asked they what brand of batteries they sell and he said Centurion. He also said that's all they have every sold for the past 15 + years. Someone got a new battery, but I didn't. Maybe a wire was loose or he jimmied something, but, I have proof / prior receipts that they didn't install a new battery in my car. As my Mama used to say, "A word to the wise is sufficient" Check you car after you have sat in the lobby waiting and trusting they have done what they say they have done. I just got off the phone with the owner and he was so cruel and cold, no customer service at all. Called me names and said I was full of ..... At the end of the conversation he said o.k. bring in your receipts and I'll take a look at it. I don't even want to see what kind of man this is, ever. I am letting the whole thing go.
