He got on the cold snow covered ground and went to work locating the hole. He quickly determined he could patch the tire for us and did so. He could have stayed inside we would have never known he was there. We knew the facility was closed, we just pulled in to get off the road. I can say overall that going with them was the best decision I ever made. We actually bought the tires last year (2021), they replaced all four tires and did some extra alignment work that needed to happen. Since then they've held up so well, and I haven't had to have any work done with the tires since. Though Fox Tire gave us the least expensive option, they absolutely have the BEST tires to offer, and absolutely fabulous service on top of it. A year later now, I discovered a nail in my tire and was worried it'd have to be replaced. After stressing about the expense of some new tires I ended up bringing my car back to Fox with the original receipt for the tires to get an opinion on whether I would need to replace it. Fortunately, they were able to patch my tire. FOR FREE, because I still had my receipt from buying tires from them originally. SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS PEOPLE!! They absolutely saved my life today. They weren't busy at all so they were able to take my car in right away and patch it up no problem. It took less than ten minutes. FABULOUS service. The team here is so nice and they took a huge weight off of my shoulders being able to take care of the issues with my tires so quickly. Not only do they do quality work, but the services they offer absolutely make it worth it to continue to come back to them with any issues.

They told me they purchase used tires and that the range is typically $10-$80 per tire depending on condition and demand. After I brought the tires in, they offered only $10 per tire, then raised it to just $12.50 per tire. That is $50 total for four good-condition EV winter tires that originally cost around $1,000. The offer was ridiculously low and felt like a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend bringing used tires here unless you are ready to be lowballed.

I was explained everything in detail and had pictures on my invoice so I could see what's going on with my vehicle. They updated me along the way when they had my vehicle and even offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my kids, get back and forth to work. It's was easy to pay at time of pickup for my vehicle by a text link and email option because I was coming after they closed. Also they told me they do send out coupons in the mail. I was towed from a "Business Patrons, 1 hour" section on a Saturday night. Businesses were closed…read more(except for the pizza spot), very few cars in the lot. I went back out after 1.5 hours to get a bag and check on my car, it was gone. I told the dispatcher I had a sound check for a show, the parking garage nearby is closed, businesses were mostly closed and no one was in the lot, and had returned to check on it it -- he initially felt bad but then became rude, stating it was $425 and wouldn't budge on price. Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response. They could have written a ticket or put a boot on. This is legal theft & coercion.
