When I arrived for my appointment, I was directed to the service agent, Marcus, who was trying to…read moresell me more service besides the $2k one I got connived in January 2024. I had to repeatedly tell him no several times for other services that were not needed and I cannot afford. I was told it would take about 3-4 hours for my car to get coated, scratches that needed buffing out and any small indents fixed due to normal wear and tear. I was told after an hour and half that my car was ready. I go out to my car with Marcus, my car is dripping from water (I also had a package with Upstate in Attica, upon purchase, for undercoating.) my car looked horrible!!! The black all around the bottom of my car was not coated, my tires looked like crap ( not coated), scuff marks not buffed out. (I previously said scratches), and the indentation was not fixed! I questioned him about it and he told me to buy a pen with the same color to cover it up! What?! I told him I wanted to speak with the manager, Steven (I believe). I went out with him to show him my concerns. He told me it would be taken care of. Not!!! Only a few marks where my car had scuff marks were addressed, the rest hadn't been touched, the indentation was not fixed, and the black that is all around my vehicle hadn't been touched, as well as my tires not polished and it was still dripping wet!!! I just about had it at this point. A few day's later, I tried opening my sun roof, it wouldn't budge!!! Still it doesn't work. Yelp was the only source that asked about my experience. It is in the negatives for sure!!! I thought I would call them to get it done correctly. I wanted to cool down my jets before doing so.

At the time, I was disappointed with the service--particularly the window tint installation. Dominic invited me back and gave the team the opportunity to make things right. The tint was replaced, and I received excellent, VIP-level customer service throughout the process. Thank you to Dominic and Mike, the lead technician, for personally walking me through the work and ensuring the final result met expectations.

One of the worst tint installation companies I've had the utter displeasure working with. After…read morewaiting 5 hours for just a rear windshield and some sides, it comes out off centered, hairs behind the film, and bubble everywhere. I was told they would disappear in a few days, they did not. Thank god for limelight, I wanted them to fix the bad windows and add a front windshield, got me out in 3 1/2 hours including the time it took to remove the old tint. Would never come back nor recommend *The Tint Shop* for any of their services. I have more to say but unfortunately I don't believe it is appropriate so I'll leave it there.

I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. I was able to get it in the dates I needed and they originally told me a week, but it was done in 3 days! They called with updates, worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and made the whole process simple. Even though the location wasn't as convenient as others, I am glad I decided to use them.

After my initial estimate from Progressive I took my car to Carubba and they handily beat the estimate and even helped me out with a rental car and on my deductible. On top of that, they have free defensive driver classes with any repair. Haven't taken them up on that yet. The waiting room is clean and has free Keuring coffee. The repair itself was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. A nice suprise was that the interior of my car was detailed, too. Not just new car smell...I mean $100 Delta Sonic level detailed. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Wow!!! I just picked up my car from the repair shop. This was the first repair I needed in my life…read more(and unfortunately on my brand new car) so I wasn't sure what the end product would look like. However, Gerber did not disappoint!!! Everything looked brand new again. When I picked it up, the car was super clean on the inside and out. I am super impressed with the detail and care to bring my car back to new. Service was great. I was informed constantly about when my car was going to be expected, and the receptionist would leave a message if I did not pick up. I guess the only downside was that my car was in the shop for 1 month instead of an expected 1 week, but as long as they took care of it, I was satisfied. The location is also right in the same lot as Enterprise so it made renting a car and drop off easy and quick. Thanks again Gerber!
