My family has gotten tints done through them before and it had only taken 2ish hrs and they looked good and I wanted mine done. They call me around 3pm saying that they didn't get to my truck and asked if i could leave it there for the next 3 days. I of course said no bc i need a way to commute and was livid. Not only did they "not get to it" they couldn't even finish taking off the tint that was on when I bought the truck. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Absolutely zero excuse for it not to be done after 6 whole hours. How could you just leave it like that? Let alone my mirror was taken off and my seats were in disarray. Unimpressed and disappointed. Edit: just found out my subwoofers no longer work AFTER they asked me if I could move them. This morning they worked perfectly fine before my appointment now they don't work at all. Just so beyond unimpressed and don't recommend going there.

I was told they would disappear in a few days, they did not. Thank god for limelight, I wanted them to fix the bad windows and add a front windshield, got me out in 3 1/2 hours including the time it took to remove the old tint. Would never come back nor recommend *The Tint Shop* for any of their services. I have more to say but unfortunately I don't believe it is appropriate so I'll leave it there.

I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. I was able to get it in the dates I needed and they originally told me a week, but it was done in 3 days! They called with updates, worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and made the whole process simple. Even though the location wasn't as convenient as others, I am glad I decided to use them.

Wow!!! I just picked up my car from the repair shop. This was the first repair I needed in my life…read more(and unfortunately on my brand new car) so I wasn't sure what the end product would look like. However, Gerber did not disappoint!!! Everything looked brand new again. When I picked it up, the car was super clean on the inside and out. I am super impressed with the detail and care to bring my car back to new. Service was great. I was informed constantly about when my car was going to be expected, and the receptionist would leave a message if I did not pick up. I guess the only downside was that my car was in the shop for 1 month instead of an expected 1 week, but as long as they took care of it, I was satisfied. The location is also right in the same lot as Enterprise so it made renting a car and drop off easy and quick. Thanks again Gerber!

1 star for the guy at the counter, 5 stars for the mechanic…read more My husband made an appointment a few days in advance for 5 PM. We were concerned when we arrived because the bay doors were closed and there was only one car in the parking lot. I had also booked an inspection via the website the week prior, but my appointment was canceled due to the technician not working during the time I scheduled it. (This issue was resolved, and they squeezed me in the next day.) We arrived 15 minutes early and saw that the employee working the front counter was sleeping in a chair directly across from the main entrance. My husband and I talked for a few minutes, hoping to wake him up, but he remained asleep. Eventually, my husband walked closer and said "excuse me" a few times--still no response. At that point, we were genuinely concerned for his well-being. After raising his voice slightly, my husband finally woke him. He asked if anyone else was there, and we told him no. (The bay doors were closed, and we weren't about to go through a door labeled "employees only.") He half-heartedly blamed "PJ" for us not being helped, but it was clear he was the one responsible for the front desk. Once he found PJ--who was literally just in the back of the shop--PJ quickly got to work. It took him about 10 minutes to find and patch the leaky tire. We spent more time waiting for the receptionist to wake up than we did getting the actual repair done. Overall, we were disappointed with the customer service but very thankful for PJ. We will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone. My suggestions: 1. Replace the employee who was sleeping at the counter. 2. Fix the website so that: * Appointments can only be booked during timeframes when the correct technician is available. * Booked appointments appear properly on the employee side, so that even if someone is napping, they have a chance to wake up before the customer walks in.
