The small shed on the south side is where the brake tag inspector is located. The young woman that inspected my truck was nothing short of outstanding. She was articulate/well spoken, intelligent/fast on the uptake, genuinely pleasant/friendly, and professional. She was very invested in her job and doing it well. She was knowledgeable in all aspects of her job as well as the peripheral aspects of her job. She knew which nearby municipalities used their own specification stations, and openly shared her knowledge. Thank you. However, I recently needed to install a no-sway weight distribution hitch on our newly acquired travel trailer, and the hardware (nuts & bolts) were bigger than anything I had in my limited tool set. As this hardware provided for a safer towing experience, I wanted to ensure I had the right sockets and wrenches for the hardware. Without even making a call, I knew NAPA would have everything I needed. I bought a 1/2" drive socket wrench, a 3/4" socket, a 13/16" socket, a 1-1/4" socket and a 1/2" drive 5/16" hex socket. I went to this location on 2 different locations in MAR 2021 and employees 44 & 36, whose names I cannot recall but were on my receipts, were both very helpful. I even bought a 1/2 drive impact socket for my travel trailer's lug nuts, as they are not included. Not knowing which size to get, I purchased 2 different sizes, did a dry fit, kept the 3/4" socket and returned the incorrect size. No muss, no fuss. Now I have the right tools for the job. They are quality tools and should last me a lifetime. The professionals here at NAPA treated me great and did not "judge me" on my lack of mechanical knowledge. I would definitely go back to this store if I ever found myself in need of high quality tools.

The price was in line with other auto parts stores. 2 Years Earlier... I normally remember more about the people I encounter, their ability & willingness to do their job, politely & professionally much longer than what I bought or what I paid. 'Harold' was the poster child for being an outstanding representative of O'Reilly Auto Parts. He was intelligent, fast on the uptake, articulate, well spoken, genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and he knew & offered the related items to my project. Would've been great to know that when I purchased them online, especially because there wasn't any price incentive to do so. Definitely go to the AutoZone in Arabi, the service is far better, and you are not limited on your service options by purchasing parts on their website.
