Lot's of chaos to find essentials like a table, absent coffee cups or someone to ask for assistance (and if fortunate, expected a tip). Food was mediocre and high carb (no sight of ANY type of breakfast meats on the line, including tip-option omelette bar w/ long wait). Scrambled eggs were overcooked and dry. Had decent coffee, the green Chilaquiles, fresh fruit and a pancake. To be fair, the price for my single trip was $185MXN plus I tipped my server for bringing me more coffee/milk. Could find a single plate breakfast with better selections elsewhere for that price, but probably excluding beverage. Can purchase green Chilaquiles (w/ pico) from morning vendors in PDC for $35MXN. Did enjoy sitting outside on a beautiful day and the street theater of the starting day. Most staff were very kind, but slightly worn out.

My fiancé had the french toast after we heard another couple talking about it at check-in last night ... it truly didn't disappoint! You could see the granules of sugar on top mmmmhmmm! Many of their wines are from Spain and other European countries. At the meals end a nice piece of cake warshed down with some of the best coffee I have ever had in any restaurant back in the USA. Sometimes the portions were also uneven. The second time around, the service really lacked and thereafter it just started degrading more and more.. one time we waited about 10-15 min before anyone even acknowledged us or looked at us; I get that they were understaffed, but I also work in service and no matter how understaffed you are, you always acknowledge your customers... I get that we were not really "paying" for our breakfast (it was worked into the hotel rate), however if you want to make a customer for life and commit them to spend more money at your establishment then you make the best effort to offer better service and even maybe make small talk, talk about the dinner options etc. this is a free opportunity for you, the restaurant, to win clients over and make even more money.
