(NOTE: Review is for Breakfast ONLY and my Spanish is excellent.)
Was recommended to try this buffet when visiting PDC. Had a long day planned, so decided to fuel up and try this place. Lot's of chaos to find essentials like a table, absent coffee cups or someone to ask for assistance (and if fortunate, expected a tip).
Food was mediocre and high carb (no sight of ANY type of breakfast meats on the line, including tip-option omelette bar w/ long wait). Scrambled eggs were overcooked and dry.
Had decent coffee, the green Chilaquiles, fresh fruit and a pancake.
To be fair, the price for my single trip was $185MXN plus I tipped my server for bringing me more coffee/milk.
Could find a single plate breakfast with better selections elsewhere for that price, but probably excluding beverage.
Can purchase green Chilaquiles (w/ pico) from morning vendors in PDC for $35MXN.
Did enjoy sitting outside on a beautiful day and the street theater of the starting day.
Most staff were very kind, but slightly worn out. read more
