Absolutely great experience…read more White Top recoated my roof, made needed repairs, replaced and repainted the valance around my entire house. Their communication was great, they showed up on time or early each day, got the job done ahead of schedule and completely stress free. I'll not only be recommending them to my neighbors, I'll also be asking them to come back to help with further roofing needs. 100% recommend.

Leonard worked around my schedule and completed the job the next available day. They chip sealed the entire driveway to include a pull-out for one of our vehicles and it looks great! Doug, Chip, and the rest of the crew were professional, amenable to our needs, and a real pleasure to work with!

This review should have been written back in 2017, when the work was done. Ed and his crew came out…read moreto ready our roof to have 2 coats of Kool Kote applied, and did several repairs around A/C units, repaired a gutter area......all that was promised was done. Then the monsoon arrived.....and around areas that had leaked before (skylights), water began dripping inside the house.....yes, it was a big storm, but we had just had this service with Wilson & Dale completed a month before so this did not make us very happy. We put in a call, and Ed's team replied quickly and were able to seal it up. We were grateful. It was a Sunday. We inspected the roof after monsoon, and it seemed like the coats applied were quite light. I think the work was done in a timely way but not the best.

If you need work on your roof, you have to talk to these guys! My roof was a mess. 3000 sq ft of…read moreflat roof built from 4X6 beams. It had ponding, leaks and a layer of decomposing pressboard (built before plywood was invented) and more. We had several estimates and Wilson&Dale's was by far the lowest, and even though many things came up that ended up requiring several days more labor, they barely charged us any more. Because they did a foam roof, they were also able to get rid of the ponding and redirect the runoff. The boss, Ed, was super knowledgeable and knew just what to do. In the several months since they completed it, we have had to call them twice for little things and they came out right away and took care of the issue, and our summer electric bills (in Tucson) are just over half of what they were last year. Pretty good right? As great as all that is, the best part is that these people are great human beings. They are honest and really care about what they are doing and the people they are helping. I have had my share of problems with contractors, and I was sort of expecting them to short change me or not respond afterward if I needed them. Not these guys. They really stand by their product. You would be nuts if you didn't give these guys a call.

I was still under warranty so I called. The guy on the phone looked up the address and said yes, I was still under warranty. I asked if he could deal with my real estate agent since I was not in Tucson anymore and it didn't seem to be a problem. However, now that I about to close on the house, my agent called them back to get status and the 1by1 guy swore at him and hung up. So, I called them myself and they guy said that they need the warranty papers and receipt since they do not have me in their system now due to a system changeover. That seems shady. When I told him that he said I was in there last time I called a couple weeks ago he said that he was just looking at the stuff my agent sent but my agent didn't even know about them the first time I called. So, I feel I have been lied to and my agent treated like garbage. I guess I will file a ROC report on them since they seem to want to get out of doing any warranty repair work. They did a nice job on the roof, I will give them that. Just don't expect anything down the road if problems arise during warranty.

When we decided to remodel our current home, which was a much larger project, we knew we wanted to get an estimate from Johnnie at BP. We ultimately went with them and are glad we did. The work was again completed on time and within approved budget. We really are pleased with how our house looks and how functional it is, and we've recommended BP Remodeling to friends.
