I got out to greet my niece I had not seen yet (leaving the door open) A moment later, I heard DOG and CAKE in the same outburst. You can do the math. Luckily, his damage (and taste of cake) was not a total disaster. My niece was upset, we assured her....we will fix it....not knowing if we could. Back on the road and put in a 911 Call to Whipped Sweet. Getting later in the day...there was no time for another cake. We arrive, Owner says...."this isn't bad...I can work with this, we expected much worse." She says " give me 10 or 15...be right back". The theme of the Cake was "One happy Camper". She sliced away the areas affected by the Dogs sweet tooth and created a river/waterfall of icing down the front of the cake. It looked amazing. She wanted no additional compensation....obviously a gratuity was in order.
