Her sweet demeanor and her love and patience with our mother who has cancer is wonderful. We are used to European pastries and cakes and love that there is something extremely authentic in this area. Her Kürtőskalács (Baumstriezel - chimney cakes in English) are extremely authentic and are some of the best I've ever had outside of Hungary and Czechia. Any negative reviews of Little Bakery are based primarily on not understanding the value and time spent to make European pastries, and not enough understanding that authentic baked goods are not loaded with sugar. Come here if you want a taste of Eastern European style baked goods. They are among the top in the region, if not the country.

I asked what was most popular and the young girl recommended Caminetto Lattes because they taste like fall. Super delicious tasting latte that gave me fall and roasted marshmallow vibes interestingly enough. It tasted very fresh very creamy. Specifically the mint one was into minty. It was just the right amount of mint and the chocolate one wasn't too sweet. The cherries actually provided a nice darkness that balanced out the chocolate. The chocolate itself had a decent amount of sweetness, but it wasn't overpowering so I felt like that was a nice balance. It definitely felt like a homemade fresh sort of ice cream and the cool part is at this place that the flavors end up changing I think every week so they have new flavors that they come out with so it's always a new experience. The only reason why he gave it four choices instead of five stars again because they don't provide that tasting service so that's just one thing that I thought that was kind of a miss.

The food was just okay, though. Two individuals loved them chicken pot pie, but the presentation and quality of some items, like the vegetables in particular, was pretty sorry. The five sticks of asparagus (for $3!) came out on a plate by itself, making it feel much smaller. The corn was similar, but with the added 'bonus' of having buttery grease on the plate. The baked potato was also a bit hard, even with the 3-4 Tbsp of butter just heaped on top. All-in-all a good effort, but the quality/value just wasn't quite there for all items.
