I told them the kids in our group might enjoy quesadillas, so they made sure that cheese and tortillas were available. I also told them our crowd loves spice, so they made sure there was a good variety of spicy fillers available and jalepeno poppers. They jalepeno poppers were a big hit, but note that they are not vegetarian (though can probably be easily adjusted to be made without meat). Overall, 5 stars for these guys! They came as a crew of three cooks / servers, so the line moved along throughout the party. They were accommodating to our specific tastes, communicated really clearly and handled their setup / teardown well without leaving oil stains on the cement.
