Well to make a long story short, every year for lunch during the event we are usually treated to Subway. Which isn't bad by any means. But this year to our surprise we were treated to tacos. Not just any tacos, these were absolutely delicious tacos. The setup was very professional. The servers were clean and well mannered. I believe it's run by family, and they do a fantastic job. We had a choice of Carnitas, Pollo and Asada. All of them were delicious! (Chicken & Carnitas were my faves). Plus the really cute girl that was working the grill was making some tasty quesadillas,.....I was in heaven. Well I was actually at the park, but you know what I mean lol Oh and the table with all the Salsa and condiments was presented really well too. And I liked the fact that the limes slices were fresh and juicy. Not like the ones you get at some places where you try to squeeze them on your taco and nothing comes out. So to sum it up,.....5 Stars for service, 5 Stars for quality and 5 Stars for taste! If I happen to have a get-together myself or if I know that any of my friends are I will definitely be recommending these guys!

We had plenty of leftovers too, which we were VERY happy about! Efrain was also wonderful to work with -- kind, responsive, organized, and accommodating. Planning was incredibly easy, and even when we needed to shift the timing a bit the week of the party, he was totally flexible. Setup and cleanup were seamless and made the whole day that much easier for us hosting a group of 40 people in our backyard. We're from Southern California and have had A LOT of tacos and been to plenty of events with taco catering and Hay Tacos was easily one of the best we've ever had. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and are already looking forward to the next excuse to have them back!

Every detail was thoughtfully done, and it really elevated the overall look of our event. Our guests couldn't believe Max's was the one to set up their own tables. My husband and I absolutely loved it! You can tell they take pride not just in their food, but in the entire experience they provide. And the food was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with love and care. Our guests couldn't stop raving about it all night so many people went back for seconds (and thirds) and kept asking who we booked. That alone says everything. They were also incredibly attentive throughout the event, making sure everyone was taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. I very quickly realized that his advice came from decades of running a family business. Saul provided us with everything we needed for service. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent with multiple follow ups while I was busy organizing an event.
