The Nando's in Harrow is a good place to eat for quality food. Nando's don't exactly have the most variety of foods but there food is good quality. The chicken is was very scrumptious and arrived rather quickly. We cleaned our plates and was left rather full.. I do prefer the Nando's in Wembley as I feel they give more for your money and the atmosphere was very comforting. The staff particularly Domiquo (Not sure if I spelt that right) was very friendly and made good conversation through the paying for our food. Miles was also nice although he only showed us to our table. There was a little mix up with a hot drink order of 2 hot chocolates and 1 tea. However the problem was quickly solved and I my hot chocolate arrived promptly. This branch is ok, it gets the job done when you have an hour for lunch. Good service, and well its Peri-Peri right, what's not to love. They listen to your requirements, its big, spacious, and clean. Staff are friendly. Chicken is always good. They are always adding new additions to their menu. I do like their Fro-Yo, nice and simple, and well bottomless soft drinks! Oh they're also cheap and cheerful :) read more

I want to steal every bottle of sauce when I eat here!! The garlic is my favorite by far! The vegetarian burger was well made but the garlic mash was amazzzzzing!! This is the first time we have been to Nando's in about 7 years. The food was tasty, affordable and served in a very timely manner. They are known for serving up chicken. If you are looking for fish or beef you are not likely to find it here. We were able to be seated in the back near the changing room which was absolutely convenient (Though there was no functioning latch on the door). The tables were movable, so rather than use the high chair for our two year old we just pushed the table closer to the booth and she was able to eat like a big girl. We enjoyed the Mango and Lime sauce on our 1/2 chicken along with roasted vegetables in a sauce. This was supposed to be just flavoring and not spicy. We both thought it was a bit spicy, albeit mild. The children enjoyed chips and chicken wings. The frozen yogurt for dessert was a hit as well. This location served us well for our lunch as we shopped at St. Anns and St. Georges. read more

Everything was ok but nothing really to come back for. If you don't know how things work here you will sit at table waiting for a waiter that does not come. Food was average. Service was below average. We've had much better Peri Peri elsewhere. read more

I also enjoy their peri peri chicken a lot. But besides it I don't see something more that would bring me to this restaurant. Yes, I go there from time to time and will keep doing it but only when I want to eat chicken. But if they were more friendly, maybe I'd go more often. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could, when they first opened this branch the service and food was excellent. Now it has completely gone down hill, I visited this branch starving and ready to devour a good ol' whole chicken. The server who is called Dee, was extremely rude and practically rushed us out. What was really suspicious was that he told us it was too late to give us our receipt and would take ages to search for our order despite being the last ones there. He spoke to me like I had done something wrong and seemed to be in one hell of a rush. He ended up giving us someone else's receipt with a similar but not exact order saying 'that's as close as I can get'. When I got home the food was undercooked and the chips almost tasted RAW. I will never return to this Nandos despite it being my local. In fact i'd travel a good few miles just to eat it elsewhere. The East Ham one is much friendlier and the food is better cooked. I read all the raving reviews about Nando's as being the top Peri Peri Chicken in London and got swayed by it so went to this joint. Ordered half chicken Extra Hot for carry out. Here's my review - either the people who write the rave reviews are taste deprived or this location doesn't know how to make it the Nando's way!! It was not only not extra hot but other than the skin there was no sauce. Once you removed of ate the skin, it was bland boiled chicken!! What a waste of an opportunity for a great meal in London and a total waste of time and money!! The server who took my order was indifferent and couldn't care less.
