I never knew Nando's served breakfast so this experience was a pleasant surprise. Food was seasoned really well- coffee was great: not too water like but cafe quality - orange juice was divine, freshly squeezed and rich with flavor (I immediately regretted not getting a to go cup of it to enjoy in my flight). Service was excellent- food came out promptly and my table was checked on multiple times. Ambiance was chic and inviting. The south African playlist added a very nice touch to the experience. Very surprised it was this beautiful inside an airport terminal location. Highly recommend!

Having heard a lot about Nando's but never having tried it, when the opportunity arose at the airport I had to give it a go. I went with the chicken Benedict and it was enjoyable. Solid breakfast options and the peri peri sauce was top notch, as an American I went with medium.

Yay for Nando's! I was happy to see a location at the Gatwick terminal where we had a few hours to kill. This looks nicer than the one we went to in the city. The chicken and the sides were great and hit the spot.

Portuguese food? Hmm... First time eating at Nando's even though I've heard all about it (barely made it before lifting off from the U.K. to the U.S. - whew, I made it!) It's a really nice restaurant - decor, vibe. Helloooo...we're in an airport! Food: I ordered a hunk of chicken, "Macho Peas" and rice - oh yum! The chicken was good (liked the sauces), however, the peas were UH-mazing! Rice, don't be sad, I liked you too. So good were the peas, I Googled "Nando's Macho Peas recipe" when I got home. I liked Nando's very much. Next time, I'll order a liter tub of Macho Peas and some extra spicy chicken on the side...oh, and some rice (I do love you too, rice.) 4.44 stars...trending. Nando's peas es muy macho!

Grabbed a quick bite before my flight from London from this location and enjoyed the food. I had food from a different location a few days prior. I am reviewing my experiences as a whole. My first meal I ordered the chicken wing meal and had sausage and fried egg breakfast with a cappuccino. Food was good from both places. Was probably the only food I had in London that was good. Chicken and sausage had good seasoning. They also had a verify of sauces that are really tasty to add to your dish. If you are visiting London you must try this place. You will not be disappointed.

Airport restaurant with a little extra kick in every bite. Known for its peri- peri sauce, we dropped in for breakfast before our flight back to Seattle. The food was delicious, but it was the extra add-ons that left a sour taste in our mouth. It was too late by the time we received our food that the cashier had (probably by mistake) misheard our order. It makes me sad to waste food, but it wasn't worth the fuss to return the food / attempt to get a refund. So we ate what we could of the additional food. Our order was supposed to be the chicken burger, eggs on white toast, corny chips, orange juice and bottle water. What we got was all the above with an extra plate of toast, a side of chips, and chili jam sauce--which just was more than we needed this morning. Highly recommend having the cashier repeat your order just to be safe!

Was so excited to see Nando's!! Couldn't wait for us to have some of their yummy chicken. Have always been happy with our food at Nando's restaurants. Was expecting to have a great dining experience here also. Sorry to say that I was let down by this Nando's restaurant located in London's Gatwick airport. As expected, the place was packed with travelers. First you line up to be seated. After you are seated, you line up again to order your food. We ordered a meal platter to share. It included a whole chicken, 2 regular sides, and 2 drinks. The chicken we had was dry and not very flavorful (compared to other Nando's restaurants ). Not much mango lime flavor at all. Had to drench it in sauce to get it to taste better. Garlic bread was decent, and the rice was ok. Maybe our experience was an anomaly. Hopefully, that was the case. May give them a second chance the next time we are at Gatwick Airport.

It was decent airport food. I really liked the decor inside and i think it is reasonably prices for airport food. I tried the chicken wings (hot) i like spice, so i dont think it was too hot, but it was tasty. I also got a side order of mashed potatoes that i am a harsh critic on and i liked it. I would try it out of you have some time!

An airport gem! I usually hate dining at airports, they usually offer mediocre food that is clearly overpriced. But not Nando's! My friend and I walked passed a few Nando's while exploring London but didn't go in. I was surprised to see this in the airport and decided I needed to try it out. You wait in line to be seated and then you go up to the register to place your order. I got the chicken thighs in medium sauce with peri salted fries and spicy rice. Medium sauce isn't crazy spicy and kind of wished I went a level up - that being said I love spicy foods. But they have a sauce station that has a variety of sauces including a super spicy sauce. Ugh the chicken was so juicy and the sauce was super flavorful. I loved the rice but could live without the fries. They said the fries would be salted with some type of spice but from the looks and taste of it, felt like regular fries to me. I was so in love with the sauce that I brought a bottle of their sauce to bring back to the U.S.

Throughly enjoyed my peri- peri extra hot butterfly burger with spicy rice. Nando's never disappoints me. Wish I could take Nando's back with me to California. Friendly helpful staff, great music (they play kizomba music (Angola music) and interesting decor.

It's Nando's so it's lives up to it's expectation. My review won't be so much about the food but more on the place itself. This is in South Terminal in Gatwick Airport and the great thing about this place is that it has the departure monitor inside the restaurant. There're multiple displays inside of it so it makes it super easy to check your gates while eating and not having to run outside to figure it out. Awesome feature for people who need to check on the gate number. There's only one thing that annoyed me a little , you will have to stand in line to order your food and if you need a spot to sit and there isn't one available they will still ask that you queue up behind the cashier and they will seat you if once becomes available. Not a bad idea right ? Wrong ! They pull you out of the line that you are in to sit you and then you will have to go back in line to order your food. This forcefully makes you queue up twice. Quick service other than that. We were seated fairly fast and we served within 15 minutes after ordering. If you are in a super rush , go to one of the stores that sell ready made sandwich. It's less stress for everyone.

I had never been to a Nando's before, but I do love me some Peri Peri, so when the hubby wanted breakfast at this place, I was ecstatic! I ordered the English breakfast which came with eggs, chicken sausage (hot), portobello mushroom, tomato, baked beans, and fried potatos. I tried three of their sauces - hot, garlic, and creamy dressing (like ranch). They were all very good. It really filled me up before our plane took off. I wish there were one closer to me in LA because I would love to return to try their chicken. All in all a great experience, but the only downfall is the cashier. He seemed a bit slow and like he didn't know what he was doing. Maybe it was too early for him, I'm not sure.

I was not expecting to have a nandoes for breakfast, but anything goes when in Holiday mode. The restaurant is quite chilly so by the time I finished taking my foodie pics the food was not hot. I had the Nandoes Benedict which comes with flame grilled pieces of chicken served on a Portuguese roll. It was topped with peri hollandaise and peri salt. I think I will have to try it again and eat it whilst it's hot! My hubby had the nandoes breakie and I really loved the corny brownies which I dipped in what I think was chilli jam. When they served them they were cold and addressed this by serving us a side of hot ones.
