If I could give minus 5000 stars I would.
Feeling so shocked that this has even happened I feel like I have to share my experience so that people are aware.
My partner and I went to visit the new KFC in Gatwick yesterday and ordered food for takeaway.
When we got out food our drinks were missing and we asked if we could have them, the woman said yes but continued to ignore us after that as did other workers so we left without them.
When we got home we realised a few wings were missing which is not uncommon for KFC generally. These were mistakes we were willing to forgive as it is a new restaurant and we were starving.
When my partner opened his burger there were two bites taken out of it - as seen in the picture below . The picture below is what KFC in gatwick served to us!
Naturally we packed everything up and went back to the restaurant, spoke with the manager and he and the staff began to laugh.
I am so disgusted that not only was half our order missing, so was half the burger.
Posting this as I want everyone to see that they do not care what they serve to there customers, there is no quality control and the customer service is atrocious!
Think this is enough to put us off KFC for good! read more
