Haven't needed any more elaborate work done but I would be very comfortable having them do it. *Update* A year later and I've been taking both my vehicles here exclusively for maintenance, the service AND prices are excellent. Chris is very knowledgeable about vehicles and I never feel like I'm being up sold. He explains what work needs to be done plus the cost in very simple terms. Being able to schedule appointments and have a realistic expectation of when the work will be completed makes what can be an uncomfortable process feel simple.

I brought my 2003 BMW 330i here in June 2024 for what was supposed to be basic repairs -- specifically, cooling system and head gasket work. Since then, my car has been sitting at their shop for over four months, and I've had little to no communication or updates unless I reached out first. Every time I called, I got different excuses: delays, missing parts, storms, mechanic out sick, etc. Weeks went by between messages. They repeatedly gave completion dates that were never met. The shop also sent updates to someone else involved in my payment process instead of contacting me directly, the actual car owner. When I finally went to the shop myself, I found my car in terrible condition:     *    Engine completely removed and left open to the elements     *    Window left down, causing rain and water damage to my interior     *    Hood missing, engine bay dirty, food cups sitting under the hood area     *    Interior full of dust and debris     *    No sign of real progress after months This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. My vehicle was in much better condition when I dropped it off. It feels like the car was neglected and damaged while in their care. They never provided a legitimate diagnostic report, no repair timeline, no clear written warranty, and their "invoice" looked unofficial and didn't even match the shop name. Communication has been inconsistent and evasive. After months of waiting, damage to my car, and total lack of accountability, I had no choice but to contact the BBB as well as an attorney I rarely write reviews, but I don't want anyone else going through this. Be careful leaving your car here -- especially for major work. They've shown poor communication, zero professionalism, and no respect for customers or their vehicles.

I thought…read moreI needed a full four wheel alignment due to my steering wheel needing to be at an angle to go straight and this clunking noise when taking turns. I was recommended by a friend, and I'm so happy I was! Fernando was immensely kind and welcome, as well as patient! He helped me find a tow truck that would work with the location my car was in, and was able to fix my car by putting a new lower control arm and an inner tie rod. So awesome that I didn't need a full alignment like I had originally thought! I wasn't able to pick my car up right away, and Fernando was more than accommodating by letting me keep my car at his shop until I had my funds together. And, even when at the shop, I was having technical difficulties and he was able to work with me on them. I've been driving my car for 5 days now, and I could not be more grateful that I went to Fernando! I I've him 100 gold stars and all of his accolades, he is SUPERB! I will be back, for oil changes - not car accidents lol, and I can't wait to see him again! He's efficient, filled with pertinent product knowledge and LOVES what he does! Thank you, Fernando!!
