Their customer service always exceeds my expectation. Zermin is one of the most responsive individual I know. She always gives us unbiased advice. Zermin is always attentive to our needs and answers our silliest questions. When we were robbed and heartbroken and completely blank & lost, State Farm was there for us. Zermin's claims team released the replacement cost check within 5 days of submitting the claim. We were stunned!! The loss was incredibly overwhelming but State Farm helped us survive it. read more

I realized that, despite being a client for many, many years, I hadn't written a review. "Being a client for many, many years" says it all. The service is knowledgeable and personal. We bought car insurance from Nancy, and almost every other month the prices would arbitrarily change. One month it was a little over 100 dollars, the next month it would be over 400 dollars, and now it's over 900 dollars, and ALL without any explanation or justification. They just charge whatever they like. On top of that, they told me I would qualify for a student discount if I did well in school, almost 1.5 years later, I'm about to graduate from school, and they still have not added the discount. I was also told I was not a state farm customer when I tried to get towing for my car, after paying thousands for Statefarm insurance. I highly recommend you STAY AWAY from this insurance branch unless you like them constantly charging higher insurance prices and constantly messing up your insurance. read more

I've been with Nancy for years and mostly the service had been good, but recently she has hit a bad patch with the help. My calls are being largely ignored, when I do get someone they tend to make large assumptions about my wife's driving history, even going so far as to accuse her of possibly having a drinking problem because she got a couple tickets in the last couple years, not a DUI though. Nancy herself won't return any of my calls, Its been very disappointing to see the service slide and I am forced to make the decision to move on to another agents office. Be cautious and ask lots of questions, they are fast to sign you up but slow to help once you get on board. read more
