He was very patient as he dealt with our numerous questions during our move from New York to South Carolina. Tim gave us several options in plant selections best suited for our landscape. He did his best to work with the local nursery to find the plantings we wanted. This was right after Hurricane Helene hit. Tim's professionalism, neatness, and quality of work were outstanding. Being from out of town, it was not easy to find a landscape designer my wife and I could trust. I am so happy with our decision to use Tim and T&C Landscaping. I will absolutely 100% use Tim again. It was so refreshing to have a contractor pick up the phone when I call, and show up exactly when he said he was. His pricing was very fair. My wife and I love our new landscape design in our yard - and our drainage problem has been resolved. Thanks Tim!

What really impressed me, though, was the service after the sale. About three months later, I had a filter that was extremely tight and I couldn't get it loosened. Mike, the technician, came back out to my house and took care of it for me. He was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It's easy to provide good service when making a sale, but how a company treats you afterward says a lot more. Mike and the team demonstrated that they truly stand behind their products and take care of their customers long after the purchase. I really appreciate the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub or spa.

Not just because we bought our pool and hot tub from Hydra, but because they consistently have the best service. Mike, their service technician, responded quickly to our concern. He came out and was on time. Unfortunately, that morning, an animal decided to go for a swim and didn't make it out alive. Due to this, we had to reschedule and Mike made it a priority to get back over ASAP - once we shocked the pool! He came again, on time and prepared and fixed the pool. Right in time for the last day of school! Thank you Hydra - Thank you Mike
