I started off by making a phone call on a particular car we were interested in. Graham Strum picked up the phone and his personality and friendliness shined through on the phone. We drove up from Duncan and met him the next day. He introduced himself and offered us a Latte, Coffee, Hot Chocolate etc on a rainy day. The service and the atmosphere the moment you walk into the doors is incredible. You know people are happy to be there and it showed. I usually cringe at the sight of having to deal with a "car salesman" but at Toyota it felt like the complete opposite. I was put at ease, no pressure no nothing. It was genuine. The windshield wipers on the vehicle were making a loud noise so I recommended we get new wipers-- They didn't want us driving home in the rain with perhaps faulty wipers so they booked an apt the following day as it was almost closing when we were leaving and they said they would get it taken care of. I called in advance the following day to state I was in a bit of a time crunch. Graham came in ON HIS DAY OFF 3 days before Christmas to hand the keys over to me. Not only was ALL the paperwork ready, vehicle detailed and new wipers put on but we also got a free oil change! The service from Colleen as well was over the top. Being in a Customer Service industry myself at Island Savings I was completely blown away by this level of professionalism and heart. Merry Christmas to everyone at Toyota and thank you for making this an effortless and seamless transaction! David & Jess Cree from Crofton! read more

Jeffery was an awesome sales person from the get go. I'm a young senior who was in the market to get a new SUV. When I arrived at the NANAIMO Toyota Dealership Show Floor, I was kinda expecting someone to converge on me. Jeffery greeted and offered to provide to answer any questions, when i was just collecting information at this point. He never changed his helpful and informative demeanour based on my enquiry. He respected my preference to contact him the following week and not call me. He always answered my questions directly snd honestly without messaging the facts. I totally trusted Jeffery to meet the benefits in discussing the Rav 4 not pressing me on features that were not priorities to me. Also, his Sales Manager never detracted from Jeffery's sale presentation and negotiated final deal that i considered fair to me. He was open, fair, direct, and consistent in negotiations; i never felt manipulated or managed in out discussions. The Accounts person was also totally respectful and professional im finalizing the paper work. Even the receptionists were consistently upbeat, friendly and warm. My son-in-law was with me and was equally impressed. He expects to get Jeffery to help him get into a new truck shortly. One pf my daughters expects to get a new RAV4 from Jeffery soon as well! read more

I just bought a 2013 Toyota Sienna from Graham Strum at Nanaimo Toyota. The customer service was exceptional. I live on the mainland, and am a busy working professional with small children at home, it was challenging finding the time to come over to pick up the vehicle. Graham and the Dealership were patient with my delays, and not pushy or aggressive, just kind and helpful, and supportive. Graham especially, I believe to be an exceptional salesperson. I truly felt I could trust him, and he would honor his word. When the day came that I did take the ferry over with my 2 year old, we got on the wrong ferry. Nanaimo Toyota sent someone all the way to the Victoria Terminal to pick us up. Now that is incredible customer service. Graham I am so grateful for all of the help you provided. We are loving this minivan, it was an incredible deal, and worth making the long trek from White Rock over to Victoria for, both in value and in customer service. Thank you read more

What a great dealership!! I had a very good experience dealing with Graham especially, as well as Mike and Dallas. The rest of the team was very very helpful a few days later to set up my bluetooth. I walked in there to look at a truck and left with a great Toyota Tacoma. The whole buying experience was a pleasure as there was no pressure. I was welcomed with coffee, a friendly trustworthy person, and a comfortable atmosphere. Graham was very thorough, he explained everything, compared similar vehicles for gas milage, we discussed trade-in options, went for a test drive, discussed financing and I left a happy man with a new truck. I also received a customer appreciation call a few day later which says a lot. The whole buying process was welcoming and enjoyable. I am proud to be associated with this dealership as I know that I was taken care of, and I will be taken care of in the future. Thanks Nanaimo Toyota. read more

Recently my previous car passed away unexpectedly and I was forced to find a replacement for an old friend. I was not looking forward to the experience, but the staff at this dealership made me feel "like family". My salesperson Graham Strum welcomed us to the dealership, introduced us to his sales manager Dallas and straight away you feel like you have a team working for you. With Graham's help and patience I found a car right for me. Justin Empson the financial service adviser helped me through the paperwork, options available and arranged for the insurance person to arrive at just the right time. I purchased a great car for a fair price, from a team of people who take customer service seriously. I recommend Nanaimo Toyota to all my friends and family. read more

I recently called Product Advisor Graham Strum at Nanaimo Toyota and talked to him about helping me find a used Jaguar in my price range. He was really knowledgeable and helpful. A short time later I received a call from him saying a 2003 Jaguar had just come into the dealership and would I like to come and see it. Talk about good service!! I went to see the car, talked to him and bought this gem of a vehicle. Not only does it have low km's, new tires, is in fabulous condition, his Sales Manager Dallas told me he would have the car fully serviced before I could have it. They did an excellent job. This is the second time a have purchased a vehicle from Nanaimo Toyota and I highly recommend them. Thanks to Graham and Dallas. Catherine Chevrette read more

I emailed the contact on the website and got an immediate response from Alan in regards to a car that was posted on their website. I had few questions and Alan gave me the answers to them. We are already a Pruis owner so the questions were about price and who owned the car. Alan sent a video of the car and we were totally satisfied with the service and the information. We caught a ferry the next afternoon with Alan meeting us a walk on and we bought the Pruis that was a Toyota certified car with a full tank of gas with all our radio stations programmed in. We have always had good service with Toyota Sunrise but Alan at Nanaimo Toyota went beyond good service and made us one happy client. All this on Alan's day off! read more

I had Alan as my dealer at Toyota. He was personable and very knowledgeable. It was my first time buying a car as new and as expensive as this. Alan made it easy and a fun experience where normally I would have been very nervous. I looked at some Honda's and then asked to look at some Toyota's. I honestly based the car I bought on how much I liked it but also the reviews I have read online about other's experiences with your establishment. I also have a couple friends who have bought off you guys in the last couple years and highly recommended you guys. Not only as dealers but for when they've had to come into have the vehicles serviced. You guys are awesome! read more

Utterly awesome new Prius. Bigger, longer,r great drive ,with more power. All a top up from my last 2 Priuses both of which I loved The staff are really low key and very helpful. Kirsten is golden, clear and no hassle, as was Justin with the financing. This car is somethings else with all its new bells and whistles, like slowing down on its own when in Cruise control and I am approaching another vehicle in front of me. There are too many to site here and I am still learning with Kirsten's patient assistance any time I need it. Doesn't get better than this Jacqueline read more

While waiting in the Nanaimo Toyota office, to complete the ICBC forms on my new Prius, my agent Graham Strum, called me to the phone. My Daughter, who had just driven away my "old" car, was stranded on the Highway with a steaming radiator! I calmed her down, and made arrangements with BCAA, collected all the necessary papers and walked to my new car. Graham had gone to the Service Dept. gotten 3 liters of coolant, and it was in the back of my Toyota. Service above and beyond, but also a thoughtfulness, and kindness that will be long remembered. read more

Two thumbs up for this dealership. Paolo Sison is the salesperson I dealt with. Very professional. Very calm and level headed. I noticed a small problem with the vehicle I purchased so I called both Rick and Paolo (it was his day off!) a few days after the purchase and both returned my phone call within an hour. They made an appointment for me the same day to get the vehicle looked after. The problem was corrected right away. The staff is friendly, polite, saying hello and smiling. Great sales and after sales service. Highly recommended! read more

I loved dealing with Naniamo Toyota. Scotty was awesome. We lost the first vehicle I fell in love with, as we waited too long, and someone else bought it. Scotty was great at keeping me posted on new arrivals, and answered my crazy lady texts when I saw something else that I liked. The finance guy was great too, sorry I don't remember your name, I was too excited to jump in and drive my Lexus :) It was a very quick and painless process, and I couldn't be happier!! I live in the lower mainland. Travelling to Nanaimo to buy a car seems crazy. My husband thought it was worth the effort due to the price savings. I love this dealership! They nail it on customer service. My salesperson, Graham Strum, is excellent to deal with. He is no pressure, friendly and helpful. The dealership had everything organized for the sale. I highly recommend contacting graham for any used car purchase. I wish we lived closer so that this could be my regular dealership. read more

Just purchased our new Rav 4 Limited from Nanaimo Toyota on Saturday. Having purchased many new vehicles in the past, this was one of the best car buying experiences ever. Not only did we get a great deal, but Paulo, Rick and Justin managed the entire deal in a very professional and business like manner. The entire process was completed in a few hours and we drove our new Rav home that day. Thanks to all the staff at Nanaimo Toyota, we will certainly recommend you to our friends. read more

Alan Miscavish is the guy to talk to! He was patient and thorough! No questioning our slow process (we needed time to decide and we tried everything from used Corolla to a new Tacoma). He patiently helped us find our adventure mobile. He took care of everything with a simple handshake. We are just about at a million km's in 3 different Toyotas so for us we needed a 'product advisor' to help us determine which Toyota was next. Even though we live in Vancouver, no one was like Alan! read more

Nanaimo Toyota is the best car dealership I have ever done business with. From the moment I met with the sales rep to when I walked out with my keys it was efficient and highly professional all the way. I was taken through the process step by step thorough each department and they even have an on premise insurance office. I drove here from another town to make this transaction and would do so again. And a very good deal too. Highly recommended. Barry Dixon Duncan BC read more

My wife and I recently purchased a Rav4 from Nanaimo Toyota, and we were both really pleased with our experience at the dealership. With lots of competitors in the compact SUV niche, a good part of our decision to buy a Rav4 came down to the quality service department at Nanaimo Toyota, and the considerate treatment by the sales and support staff. We are both very happy overall with our experience and will happily recommend Nanaimo Toyota to all our friends and family. read more

My experience was smooth going. Sheldon my salesman was more than helpful while I was purchasing my 2016 Camry. What a beautiful car. Everything was done in a timely manner. I am so pleased. I have had 5 Toyota's and every one has been a pleasure to drive and very reliable. All the staff at Toyota went above and beyond to meet all my needs and answer all my questions and that is the main reason I continue to deal with them. Thanks Sheldon and Toyota read more
