We purchased a Bellini Teak Patio Table from the Namco Pool store in Auburn MA and the teak wood was a complete mess shortly after having the table. Went back showed the assistant mgr pictures he said to bring it back and he'll refund us or we can take another one he had in the warehouse which was darker in color. Well not to my liking we gave it another try with the understanding that if it didn't hold up we could bring it back for a refund. Well, Epic Fail. Second one did the same thing. Called to speak with that assistant mgr and the general mgr got on the phone. Well after much discussion I asked for the customer service phone and called them. They asked for pictures, I sent them. They said their buyer will decide if I can get a refund or not! I said they buyer is someone Namco deals with I am the consumer, I deal with the store. She said No he works here and makes the decision. Well they gave me two options, #1 I could bring the table back, take a store Cr for the full amount! #2 I could keep the table and take a 50%Cr which would be put back on my CC. I said if you're giving me a full Cr in store then you should give my CC a full Cr. After much going back and forth they said NO. Here's the facts, they will send that table back as a defected table and the store will not be out of any money from the company they got it from. The store already got paid by my CC company so again they are not out anything. I explained the store did not have any other tables so I did not was a store Cr and as for keeping a crappy looking table and 50% how is that helping me?! Here's the kicker, if I want a store Cr, I need to pick which store I want it for!!! I said I would want to use it in any Namco I go to, she said NO you have to pick a store! No matter what my argument was, I the consumer who spent over $1400 for a table did not win. To add more fuel to this. we had also bought a pool from them prior to that which they messed up on and we paid for a bigger one than we ordered. They corrected that, got us the right size but the $$ difference we paid, we had to take a store Cr!! Also bought the pool robot which we were given the flyer on with the price of it, went to get it and the salesperson said Oh No that's not right it's xamt of $ more! The only good thing with this is the general mgr honored the price we were given. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY!! BYER BEWARE!

DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM NAMCO "SCAMCO"! I purchased a pool for over $2k from Namco. One year and a half later (after only 1 season) the sides collapsed in during the winter. The seams on the liner split and with no water, the sides caved in. Namco refused to pay anything to fix the pool or the liner! Their stuff is made in China and very cheap. I now deal with Pools & Cues in Auburn, MA. They are much more reputable and honest. I have noticed a huge difference in my pool since I began using their chemicals.

It was delivered a couple of weeks ago, and the delivery guys were great! They were able to drop it exactly where I had hoped they would. Only comment I'd make here is that the salesman claimed that it would be leveled (as long as my prepared site was within 6" of level), but the delivery guys didn't even check if it was level before leaving. No big deal if your site is well prepared, but something you may want to be sure to follow up with if your site isn't perfect and level is important. But what really impressed me was the quality of the workmanship. 3/4" flooring, support studs 12" on center, is pretty solid for parking a yard tractor in. And the walls were straight and plumb, with accurately spaced 16" centerline studs, useful for "standard" Home Depot or Lowes garage organizers. All full 2" x 4" lumber. And the paint job, windows, doors, etc were all flawless. I was so impressed with the quality of the job they did that I've ordered a Pavilion Gazebo to go along with the rest of my backyard remodel. I'd driven by the Sutton store hundreds of times on my way to/from work, and was always impressed with the samples in their yard. I'm happy I finally stopped in to closely inspect their offerings!! I would highly recommend Skips for your next project.

"I've tried and tried to no avail You just can't seem to let…read moreme down You drive a hard bargain" (Emmylou Harris) We enjoy our bargain stores and are fans of Ocean State Job Lot, Big Lots and Ollies. Two days ago, we made our first visit to the Ollies on Grafton Street in Worcester. We picked up our "go to" Ollies staples -coffee K Cups (BTW, we do recycle them) and found some very good values on $4 or $5 for a box. Although we did get some good values, we thought the overall coffee inventory was lower than in other Ollies. We usually pick up some odds and ends in the food section and Ollies had a good selection of soups and salsas. One odd thing I saw was a trend of messiness in some of the store's sections. There were area rugs dumped all over the floor in one aisle. Now of course, I don't know how that happened, nor how long that mess was there, but I suspect a slovenly customer was looking at merchandise and couldn't have been bothered by picking up the mess they had carelessly created. But why on earth hadn't an employee noticed and remedied that mess? Another example of inattention was how the big cartons of K Cups were stacked; it looked as though their forklift or pallet jack operator had a few too many adult beverages before saying "that messy off-center precariously leaning stack is EXACTLY the way I wanted it too look". Overall, we had a typical Ollies experience, and that's a good one!

Actually some prices are not the cheapest but if you look, you can find some deals. From books, to garden care, to home ware, to some foods, even big appliances like air conditioners, school supplies, sports, toys, they might just have it. Not everything but you have to look. That's why you would come. To find a deal. It's not the best looking store or tidy, but that's the vibe here. Bargains, bargains, like at a warehouse. What's fun is actually to read the signs in the store. They are funny and very original. It's in a plaza with other stores, so there's plenty of parking. If in the area, I would check it out. But I wouldn't drive all the way just for a bargain. You could go to Big Lots, Ocean State Job Lot for similar items and in a nicer looking store. But you would miss out on the signs that advertise this store. That was the only thing I enjoyed.

I contacted Jerry and through a somewhat heated discussion, he explained that we put the bed together incorrectly. I explained that we were never told that there was a top and bottom to the slats. Surfice it to say after talking to Jerry and taking the bed apart we did follow his guidance and put the bed together the correct way without having to hire someone to repair the bed. He also explained that we should not be moving the bed without disassembling it (removing the mattress and box spring) because the mattress and box spring are very heavy. This seems a bit of an ordeal that every time we need to move the bed to clean under it we have to move a very heavy mattress and box spring which is really too heavy for us to move. Let this be a tale of caution, be sure to get written instructions and/or a picture of how to put the bed together.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - ZERO STARS…read more This has been, without question, the most frustrating, disorganized, and incompetent experience I have ever had with any company. We went to the Millbury Raymour & Flanigan expecting to buy quality furniture. The salesman confidently sold us what he called their "best" bedroom set, which turned out to be a complete joke. First delivery only the couches show up. We call and are told the rest of the order was never even processed. That alone should have been a red flag, but it only got worse from there. Next delivery: missing dresser and a damaged chest. Then again. And again. And again. Eight separate delivery attempts and they STILL couldn't get it right. Every single chest arrived damaged. That's 9 days of taking time off work for a company that clearly has zero quality control and no respect for its customers' time. After the 8th failure, we demanded an exchange. They sent us an hour away to Warwick, RI, where we wasted 5 hours of our day, only to be blindsided with a demand for over another $4,000. Nearly double the original cost. No one mentioned that beforehand completely misleading and unacceptable. We were baffled at how another set could be so much more when we thought we were getting one of the best sets. Their response to this was "We apologize your salesman doesn't have great product knowledge." That's not an explanation that's an admission of how poorly this place is run. We were forced into a 9th delivery - still not right. After over 2 months of dealing with this mess, we scheduled a repair, only for them to cancel the day before because they "overbooked," and push us out another 2 weeks like our time means nothing. We've asked to speak to a manager 8-10 times--and have been completely ignored. No callbacks, no follow-up, nothing. At every single step, this company has failed--sales, ordering, delivery, customer service, and management. Damaged products, repeated mistakes, wasted time, zero accountability, and complete disregard for customers. This isn't just bad service--it's a complete failure and disgrace of a business. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

I was looking for something to replace my Laz-y-Boy which had finally broken. I was told that they were no longer made, which I found out wasn't true. Let me say that I am 82, still very active but have some back and hip issues. I received the new chair a few days later and sat in it whilst the delivery men were still here and gave the ok that it was fine and they left. I covered the chair with a blanket and towels which I always do to keep it clean, sat in it for two days and realized it was not a good fit for me. I called to see if I could return it and was told no returns. i can return shoes or clothing or other items if not used for full refunds but not a $$1,349 chair, I did not use the chair while I was going back and forth with customer service to no avail, but eventually told they would let me return it after but would take off 25 percent, restocking fee, but i could only get credit in the store, no refund, and would also have to pay another pick up and delivery fee. On the brochure they handed me with my receipt for $1,609.14, tax and delivery, it says "due to the care we put forth, unable to process returns once merchandise has been accepted". I am keeping the chair but I will not do business with them again. I believe your salesmen should be trained to tell this to potential buyers. PS: I let my husband read this before I send it and he would not be as pleasant as I am.
