DO NOT SHOP HERE AT CHRISTMAS TIME!!! This to be the worst plaza in the world. Over an hour to get out of the plaza after going into Target for 5 minutes? It's horrifying not being able to exit! Shame on you Millbury MA for not fixing this horrifying mess at Christmas time. The traffic situation is a nightmare.

manger in the distance who came saw huge line and walked away doing nothing! She looked to be 16 y/o! That's who they hire to run a store!

There is Absolutey NO help on the floor.. I walked the entire store from ladies to Christmas decorations zero! 2 registers open lines down the isles! No extra help hired for Christmas! They have had NO more than 2 registers open for 3 years! They refuse to hire! So no cashiers, nobody on the floor.. Do they just hire people to unload trucks now and assume people will just use self check out? Every time I go there I can't find what I need (nobody to ask) I leave with crap I don't need and angry I had to wait in huge line to check out!! I always say NEVER again. It's 4 miles away and I now go maybe 4x a year if I'm really desperate! Worst Target in Massachusetts! Have called and emailed customer service numerous times and they DO nothing!!!!

All Tides advertised as $10.00 right next to their "Priced right daily"

I love shopping at Target and although this experience was disappointing, I hope that this feedback is helpful for the store as well as for the consumers. When I went to pay for my things, I noticed that the Tide detergent didn't ring out as the advertised price. It was advertised (in big numbers) for $10, but it came out as $11.99. I know that it's only $2 more, but it is the principle of it. When I approached the cashier and I told her that the price was falsely advertised, she said that she couldn't do anything about it and that I must've had read it wrong. I asked her to go and check and see on her own, but she couldn't leave the area that she was working at (self-check out). So I took the picture and showed it to her. When I asked her to speak to a supervisor, she suddenly granted me the price. Customers, the law stays that businesses have to grant you the advertised price, whether or not is a mistake by an employee. If it's advertised, then that's the price.

I've been in here a few times and today was no different. I always seem to walk out of here disappointed and empty handed. The place always seems to be in a state of disarray, especially the kids section. While their clothing looks like a better quality, overall I find them to be more expensive and have a poorer selection then the competition. I'll travel 10 minutes in either direction on route 146 to a Super Walmart (Worcester or Northbridge).

Cube storage shelf we got at Target for our sons clothes....

Unlike Wally World, everything is organized, easy to find, they usually always have what I am looking for, the employees are kind, the store is clean both in hygiene and in tidiness.

I was looking for something to replace my Laz-y-Boy which had finally broken. I was told that they were no longer made, which I found out wasn't true. Let me say that I am 82, still very active but have some back and hip issues. I received the new chair a few days later and sat in it whilst the delivery men were still here and gave the ok that it was fine and they left. I covered the chair with a blanket and towels which I always do to keep it clean, sat in it for two days and realized it was not a good fit for me. I called to see if I could return it and was told no returns. i can return shoes or clothing or other items if not used for full refunds but not a $$1,349 chair, I did not use the chair while I was going back and forth with customer service to no avail, but eventually told they would let me return it after but would take off 25 percent, restocking fee, but i could only get credit in the store, no refund, and would also have to pay another pick up and delivery fee. On the brochure they handed me with my receipt for $1,609.14, tax and delivery, it says "due to the care we put forth, unable to process returns once merchandise has been accepted". I am keeping the chair but I will not do business with them again. I believe your salesmen should be trained to tell this to potential buyers. PS: I let my husband read this before I send it and he would not be as pleasant as I am.

Honestly, if I could sneak in and live in the store or have them decorate my house the same way I'd be all in. Walking inside feels like an instant hug for your soul--comforting, serene, and kind of magical. I spent ages marveling at the jaw-dropping selection: lush succulents, colorful leafy, quirky mossy plants, and more. But it's not just about the greenery--there are incense, books, crystals, butterflies, soaps...you name it! The store smells heavenly, looks incredible, and has a calm yet playful vibe. It's less like shopping and more like embarking on a delightful, mini adventure. They're not bargain-bin-cheap, but they're fair--think solid value for truly unique finds. The person running the place is beyond lovely: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with all my enthusiastic (read: relentless) questions. He also explained that we should not be moving the bed without disassembling it (removing the mattress and box spring) because the mattress and box spring are very heavy. This seems a bit of an ordeal that every time we need to move the bed to clean under it we have to move a very heavy mattress and box spring which is really too heavy for us to move. Let this be a tale of caution, be sure to get written instructions and/or a picture of how to put the bed together.
