I like this Target and the associated CVS. It's convenient, typically well stocked and organized and the prices are competitive. It has a wide variety of product options, and returns have been quick and unproblematic. I only source certain types of products here, rarely if ever purchasing clothing, electronics or groceries (and yes the grocery section is fairly small). However, I do buy numerous product consumables, and the occasional toy or seasonal item. read more

I love the selection of products! I found this product called Not Your Mother's hair Perfector and it's amazing I get so much volume and my hair looks and smells so great! I have tried every hair volume product and styling equipment and nothing compares! I will be buying more by this product line! I did need help looking for eyelash glue and there was three employees talking so I apologized for interrupting but asked if one of them could help and they said they didn't know. Then I started to look on my own and one of them broke off and came to help me. I felt like I was a bother. read more

I got some plastic storage bags for our place and they had a good selection of national brands and their own private label brand. Look - Target isn't going to care about a Yelp review but... I will feel better if I explain just how difficult it can be to shop this store. I used to do store pick up here at least 1x a week. A large order, generally speaking. NO more. SO many errors, several of the employees assisting with drive-up genuinely do not care if you are missing items. Then you have to go inside, wait in line, etc. Defeats the pick-up purpose. Shopping in store? Prepare to wait in line for, what feels like, forever. So few registers open now (I get it, it's $$$ to employ humans now so I really get it). But then add more self-check-out like many other Targets have done. The store itself is pretty great, but the check out and actual process of buying just leaves so much to be desired, like many other stores. read more

Horrible customer service. I went there this past weekend and lines were 10 people long and moved at a snails pace. I ended up leaving my entire order disgusted So I used the Target app and placed an order of badly needed cat food and other items. These items are picked by Shipt I received a text my order Would be delivered between 11am and 1pm The order picker and delivery person Elizabeth messaged me she now could not deliver my order until 3pm Grudgingly I said ok. The store leader Betsy and her colleague were extremely dismissive towards my husband and I. I felt discriminated against, seems like she's only willing to help other white folks with their returns even though my purchase was still under the return window and it said it specifically on the receipt. This target is a DIAPER.. a literal dirty diaper.... Not sure why they bothered renovating it. It's worse now that is was before the renovation. Every time I've gone here in the past year it's a disaster Nothing is stocked No one is available on the floor for help Do they not have people stocking or facing shelves overnight?! We've been coming here a lot lately for drive up and pick up orders. The staff has been super helpful and prompt with purchases and returns at guest services. I had to write a review for the great customer service I received today, it's not everyday you get an employee who is willing to go out their way. Long story short I checked the target website for the foodies mini brands which on the website said was in stock. I get there like around didn't see any, I did noticed Tony was unloading a pallet so I asked him where they may have been. He not only asked me to pull up the item number but went out his way to double check the pallet he was working on to see if it was there and when it wasn't proceeded to check the back room, he even checked with another employee to ensure he took all measures to find the items, to no avail but overall thank you Tony for your great customer service! I left target with a smile on my face despite not leaving with what I wanted, but just because Tony customer service was just impeccable. read more

There is Absolutey NO help on the floor.. I walked the entire store from ladies to Christmas decorations zero! 2 registers open lines down the isles! No extra help hired for Christmas! They have had NO more than 2 registers open for 3 years! They refuse to hire! So no cashiers, nobody on the floor.. Do they just hire people to unload trucks now and assume people will just use self check out? Every time I go there I can't find what I need (nobody to ask) I leave with crap I don't need and angry I had to wait in huge line to check out!! I always say NEVER again. About 95% of the staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming during my visit this morning. I said "good morning" to a middle aged female employee who then looked at me and said "*dramatic groan* What??" in the most ~don't bother me and ask me any questions~ tone possible. A younger employee Jenny practically pushed a cart into another costumer and I while waiting to do returns and didn't say excuse me or anything. Didn't even acknowledge us. Other employees were mopping up a spill and yelling "Workers Comp!!!" - encouraging each other to slip claiming that's how bad they want to "get away from this place." This isn't the first time I've been disappointed by this store and it's lack of friendliness and I'm sure it won't be the last. Also the store is DiSGusTiNG *Oddly enough that terrible employee Jenny pushed a cart right into my car a few months back. I immediately got out of my car and confronted her and she denied it, with the nastiest attitude. That got paid for very very quickly!* Bottom line, ya'll work at TARGET. Put on your red shirt and khakis and maybe even a respectable attitude for once. I'm sorry if your life is miserable but don't bring it to your job. I love shopping at Target and although this experience was disappointing, I hope that this feedback is helpful for the store as well as for the consumers. When I went to pay for my things, I noticed that the Tide detergent didn't ring out as the advertised price. It was advertised (in big numbers) for $10, but it came out as $11.99. I know that it's only $2 more, but it is the principle of it. When I approached the cashier and I told her that the price was falsely advertised, she said that she couldn't do anything about it and that I must've had read it wrong. I asked her to go and check and see on her own, but she couldn't leave the area that she was working at (self-check out). So I took the picture and showed it to her. When I asked her to speak to a supervisor, she suddenly granted me the price. I am beyond appalled. While checking out tonight, I witnessed the most unprofessional situation I have ever seen in a retail environment. To be quite honest with you, it is discrimination. I plan on bringing this to corporate management attention this week, however feel the need to warn you all about the night manager named Villia. Tonight I witnessed a cashier with clear special needs have a full blown panic attack, begin shaking, apologizing, and a customer asking other cashiers for help. When I tell you NO ONE came to help this woman initially, it was unbelievable. After a few minutes, a nice man came over and tried to help the cashier work through it. After a few minutes, the nastiest manager I have ever seen in my LIFE walked over to the cash register and yelled at the employee saying "JUST GO". I was flabbergasted. There is a level of empathy a person should have ESPECIALLY a manager. She just doesn't have it. A young man asked the manager if the other cashier was ok, to which the manager began badmouthing the cashier to the customer saying "She does this all the time". How dare you. How DARE YOU. If that is the case, WHY WOULD YOU PUT HER IN THAT SITUATION?! mental health, especially with the disabled, is not a laughing matter. After the cashier began to ring me up, she did not speak to me. At the end, I asked her name - to which she provided me a false name - Khaleesi. We get it lady, you like game of thrones. Target is not your kingdom. We asked another employee her name, to which he stated her name was actually Villia. I honestly hope the cashier is alright, and she can get some help with her anxiety. I've been in here a few times and today was no different. I always seem to walk out of here disappointed and empty handed. The place always seems to be in a state of disarray, especially the kids section. While their clothing looks like a better quality, overall I find them to be more expensive and have a poorer selection then the competition. One, the location is awesome since it's in the same plaza as many other stores I shop at, more reasons I typically go out of my way to this one rather than the one in Worcester. Disappointed that they don't have a Starbucks as mentioned prior reviews but they do have a Pizza Hut. I love coming to Target if not just to look around. Its not as cheaply priced as you may want to think it will be or as Walmart is. But they have a lot of higher quality items than Walmart if that is what you are looking for. We needed a small plain bureau/dresser for our 1 year old sons room. For his clothes. Walmart DOES have a couple. And they would have worked fine. If they were ever IN STOCK! We looked at all 3 Walmarts that are in this area...and none of them had them in stock or knew when they would be getting them. And yes these were in-store items. We ended up coming to this Target...after I found the bureau I had been looking for, and was walking around in a different area, I came upon this cube storage shelf. I actually loved the look of it right away and decided to get this instead. Yes, you do have to assemble the shelf part....but I enjoy doing that so it was no problem. And I liked that they had a wide variety of colors for the storage cubes in stock too. The ONLY problem I have come upon...is that my 1 year old son very easily and very quickly, figured out how to open all the storage cubes and discovered how fun it is to pull all of his neatly folded clothes out and hurl them all over the room! We deal with this 'problem' almost daily. But in the end I dont regret getting this and think it looks SUPER cute in our sons room! It cost about 45$ for the storage shelf and only 5$ for each cube! Came to about 70 bucks and the original dresser we were going to get was 80$ so we saved and are happy with our choice! read more

I recently called the store looking for a specific toy and gave the employee the DPCI number. The employee checked the computer, confirmed that they had 7 in stock. I asked if I could place one on hold. She took my name and told me that it would be at the service desk. I ran to the store before work to find a box if cereal waiting for me at the service desk. When the employee asked if this was what I was looking for, I stated no and told her the toy I was looking for. I was told that they didn't have it in stock because she just checked for someone else. When I mentioned that I called with the DPCI number and was told that they had 7 in stock, she referred me back to the electronic department where my friend was told they didn't receive them yet. Target is a fun store to shop at, and has everything you'll be looking for, from bagels to slippers to your favorite DVD to your dog's favorite treats. They have it all, all the time. This location is convenient in the Shoppes at Blackstone Valley, and while it can take a while to get all the way to the top of the Shoppes during the busy Christmas shopping times of the year, this place isn't nearly as busy as the parking lot suggests.... ever, and is always a great place to stop and get tons of gifts for others, and the items you feel like you are always buying to keep at home. You can sort of get anything at Target which is why it's so appealing to me for holiday shopping, birthday shopping, food shopping, clothes shopping, or home shopping, because I can always get typically what I want for less than a specialty store. Plus, with the Cartwheel application, a great price match policy, and the typical weekly deals of "buy 3 get $5 Target gift card", the deals are frequently better than Walmart. The manager of this place actually told me that Target in general is 5 percent of a lower pricing margin than Walmart and I believe it, while they don't have sales and presumably always the lower price, I always get the best prices at Target, and highly suggest it for that (even though so many other people swear that Walmart is cheaper). This specific store is super organized, well stocked, and clean all of the time, and they always have tons of carriages and a fairly decent amount of friendly employees throughout the store. Checkout staff are also super friendly, and this location still even has a decent Target Cafe and Pizza Hut, which many other Target locations have gotten rid of (like the one in Milford). Definitely add this store to your shopping list for any day at Millbury, it's one of the better stores in this mega complex. 5 stars for the Millbury Target. read more

Messiest store I have ever been in. I worked here seasonal and this is everything I noticed OFF THE CLOCK so just imagine what it was like on the clock lol. Staff openly gossips about the store's dirty laundry ALLLL DAY. Let alone the managers are rude to their employees over their walkie talkies and seem to not think a damn thing about it. Also the phones are never answered correctly and one time I called and was hung up on three times, transferred twice in the same call, and then transferred to another customer that was calling for electronics. The other times I have called is the same way. The priorities when taking care of this store are all out of whack and the team leads and managers take no responsibility for how messy the store is and put it on their employees. One time when I was off work I even overheard staff talking about how upper management came in and thought the store was super messy. You would think they would have an office to use when talking sh** about their own store but I guess not. One time an employee even quit by just walking out and I heard about it from some upper management that was talking openly and loudly about it in the walkway and literally everyone could hear it. Also one time one of the team leads told me if a customer is trying to shop in my way just ignore them and keep working, so I am not even mildly surprised at the bad reviews for this place, the staff hates customers and themselves. read more

This is a really good target to shop. decent selection, prices are good(not as low as walmart), staff is ok, and the store is clean and easy to shop. This store beats the Worcester Walmart for 3 main reasons: 1. Store is neat and easy to shop. 2. Empoyees are not everywhere, but fairly easy to find. 3. On shelf availability beats any walmart, any day. Period. Its a waste of time to me if I walk into your store and out of my list of 5 things you only have 2-3 in stock. I've never encountered a ruder group of employees than the staff at this Target. Every single person always seems so miserable and God forbid you ask them for help with something. I've worked in retail so I know what an obnoxious customer is, and I am not one. Tonight I tried to inform two gentlemen as they were walking that they still had a display up for "BOGO 50% on all Scotch products"....I literally was just trying to be nice so that some Ahole doesn't come in and complain about the items not ringing up at the right price, because they have a sale sign up that expired six days ago. They looked SO bothered that I interrupted their gossip session...they stopped for two seconds, one rolled his eyes at the other one and then he says to me/above my head (because who makes eye contact anymore, right??)..."welp, I guess we'll just have to honor that price won't we??" and keeps walking/resumes his conversation with his buddy. My friends and I were at this location and we rudly kicked out of that store by this employee named Cooper for supposedly playing hide and go seek in the store, but if we were they have no proof that we were. We then called the store and ask to file a complaint and they rudly said "sorry we cant let you do that" and then rudly hung up on us My friends and I very much do not like this store amd were treated very rudly treated there. Target is like the smarter better looking older brother of Walmart. Unlike Wally World they don't always look like a supermarket on the day of a snowstorm and they seem to notice when the lines get long and react to it by opening more registers. It's got a few flaws but they are definitely trying harder. Walk in Walmart and see how many employees ask you if you need help finding anything-- right! I bet you won't find one! Target seems to have a policy of talking to their 'guests' as they shop. This particular Target is located at the Blackstone valley shopping center which is a bit of a nightmare to get in and out of with the one winding road to the mountain top stores, but they've added groceries in an effort to compete with the super Walmart down the road. For me there is no other department store worth a dime. It's Target or nothing for me. read more

I enjoy shopping at Target on a fairly regular basis, and this is my favorite in the 'Worcester area'. For some items, it's definitely a bit pricier than Walmart (home goods, etc.) But the quality definitely appears to be better. In other departments (grocery, clothing, electronics) - some items will surprise you. They're as inexpensive or lower priced than Walmart. The store is nice and clean, well organized and the employees are pretty good in offering help if you need it. read more

This location is the worst!!! I always always always feel like I am in the way of the staff. I keep returning to hope it'll be different but it's not. The front dollar section always has a staff member with carts and boxes acting like I am in their way for just looking.. this has happened numerous times so I know it can't just be me. Their rudeness and lack of any type of friendly interaction makes me just leave. I've even had an incident with a staff member cleaning the floors with the large machine following me making me feel like I was in their way while shopping in the food section. I usually come mornings at least once a week while my daughter is in preschool and have never once have I had a staff member say hello or acknowledged my existence other than for "being in their way" Shoe section also constantly looks like someone intentionally went and dumbed all the shoes, every single time I'm there. Halloween section at the back end of the store seems to be used as a storage area with carts and boxes stacked in the isles and no staff in that area at the time I was there. Can't even get the cart through, brought my kids to pick out their costumes but this was a major danger hazard. Went elsewhere. Millbury Target... get it together! read more

I have shopped at Target for 30+ years, at stores all over the country. I never had any problems at any Target, including this one, until recently. They frequently run out of carts. Then you walk around the store and see dozens of carts filled with shelves and returnables. I once waited in line for 15 min, only to be kicked out of line when the woman turned off her light (after I had been in line). THEN, when I got in a new line, I saw they had turned the light back on. I tried contacting the store through feedback email address on my receipt. Their response was filled with lame excuses and was unapologetic. As much as I dislike their competitor, I think I will be taking my business there going forward. read more
