We actually chose him over a slightly lower quote because of the above. We gave down payment and when he started project he asked for more $ and b/c down payment was not half of quote we agreed. He continued to ask for more $ many times- even after was told not until it is complete- he would call 4+ times a day to ask for more $. Project took more than 3 weeks and was not done to satisfaction. He said he could do stucco repair- but did a lousy job- could not texture and now does not match the rest of house stucco.
