I'm surrounded by salons here in the northeast. I'm trying different places on the hunt for a permanent home. I'm a simple lady. Mani. Pedi. Regular polish for both. The ladies here are nice. Helped me right away. Cute Checkin process. Clean location and follow good hygiene protocols. Great prices. Job well done. read more

Spend your money elsewhere. The nail tech did my French tip 5 times and couldn't get it right. The one who seems to be in charge stepped in and they still charged me $74 for hard gel French tip. She was rude when I asked if it was still full price even after being there for almost two hours for a refill. Plus a fee for using my debit card. I will never return. read more

It's really tight in here and not enough space. But the workers were good and quick. I don't recall there being a nail drying station. They do have gel, powder, and regular options. This place is easy to find and conveniently located. read more

I must say Kat's place is amazing!! Shout out to Nicole, Bill, and Ann, our glam squad. My mother, sister, and myself decided to pamper ourselves today. Worth every penny. Not only are their conversational skills on point but the work on my nails was perfect. My mother also loved her eyebrows!!! Something I thought would never happen. Nicole did a great Job. Bill did my nails in a chocolate color and Ann did my sisters nails in a red color. The pedicure and manicure was divine. Thanks again for the amazing service that most locations lack. The pictures show the great work. Bill took his time and did my gel nails and spa pedicure. See you real soon guys! read more

I found this place on instagram whilst just scrolling through different nail designs. It is a really nice place, really clean and organized. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They had plenty of colors and styles to choose from for nail designs. my only regret is that I couldn't fully engage with everyone I was really under the weather today... but I definitely enjoyed my experience and I will go back!! read more

The best in philly! Kat is so thorough and does an amazing job. Her entire staff is amazing. I've been getting gel manicures for a very long time, but recently switched to the SNS with gel color. Best decision ever! It's still natural but the gel lasts longer, I can go almost a month without coming back. I love that she always has fresh designs and colors. It is worth the wait! read more

First time here...good service but the reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because I did not get a massage while my nails were drying...the prices were on the high side and I don't mind it if they gave massages like most places. It may sound silly but it's very important to me. I will not be going back for this reason Update: After 6 days my gel manicure chipped and pealed. I definitely won't be back! 4 starts went down to 2 starts read more

I was in the Northeast area and searched on Yelp for a nearby nail salon. This place came up on my search with good reviews so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm so glad I did! I walked in without an appointment and was seated right away. I wanted to try dip powder for the first time and the technician was so helpful. I also asked for tips on two of nails that broke so close to the nail bed and one that was starting to crack on the side. She actually patched up the one that was starting to crack and made the other two look so natural! They had so many color options, the technicians know what they're doing and are soooo nice, and the prices are very reasonable! This place is definitely a 5-star! read more

I spent two days looking through reviews on nail places in the area, and as soon as I found Nailtopia, I knew nit was where I had to go. I walked in without an appointment, and they took me right in with no problem. Ryan did my nails, and was very friendly and accommodating. The most endearing thing about the place was the lovely conversations being had between clients, and the nail techs. It felt like they were family, and they welcomed me right in. I definitely plan on getting my nails done here for as long as I'm in the area! read more

I have been going to Chrissy's Nails and Spa for three years now, but only recently started reviewing on Yelp. Let me preference this by saying I have been getting my nails done for over 13 years and never have I been to a nail salon that does the quality of work Chrissy's does. I have never had a nail chip, I have never had a nail break. I often get crystals and never have had one fall off!!! When you go to Chrissy's it is exceptionally clean, professional and you are genuinely treated like family-they make an effort to get to know their clients. Kat and Ryan the owners are an incredible team and I feel so lucky I found such a consistently wonderful nail salon! read more

My feet experience was ok. Then I got a manicure and that went haywire. I asked for two designs and she couldn't accomplish that, to top it off I didn't even get a hot towel or lotion on my hands. I recently moved and was looking for a place I found one but it had me going back within two weeks for a gel manicure which normally I can go back in 4 weeks. But then I found chrissy's nails and spa. I was afraid but it was the best decision ever. It's literally next to my apartment and they do a great job. The staff's us friendly and funny and chirpy which is very pleasant. It's my new favorite place for a gel manicure. I see them every three to four weeks which is awesome. I will highly recommend them to everyone. read more

I left review but seems to have disappeared! I wanted acrylic fill in & regular pedicure with 8 hand painted designs( no stones ) The owner & his wife kept upping the price to $110 ! Absolutely ridiculous as I usually pay $55-70 not even friendly to a perspective new client. Will keep looking for reasonable good quality salon read more

I never do reviews. BUT. I have to say how much I love this salon. It is the best salon I've ever been to with the longest and nicest results. The people who work here make you feel welcome and are true artists when it comes to their work. My gel pedi lasts until it grows out and my current dip powder is on week 3 with no chips or breaks and the color is still perfect. Make sure to make an appointment but this is easily the best salon in the northeast. Maybe even the city read more

It's been a year since I moved to this area. Which means it's been a year of hunting for my go to nail salon. I've experienced crappy nail salon after crappy nail salon. That is until I came to Chrissy's this morning! I was greeted immediately by friendly faces. Nicole was my nail tech today and she started my pedicure first. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable in my chair and with the water temp which I appreciate. She gave me my first ever powder gel mani and I am OBSESSED. Service is amazing here (as well as QUALITY) and everyone was SO nice, including the other customers! Can't wait to come back!!! read more

Worst pedicure ever. Gel mani polish chipped 1 day later. Very unhappy. I looked at prior reviews so I decided to try - Never again.

Loved this place - 5 stars ! Ryan did an amazing job and I'm very particular with my nails and usually very picky. But I finally found my go to spot after 5 years of searching !!!! (I got acrylic almond shape) read more

They charge so much for the most basic things then they try to add on extra charges and tell you to get extra things. You wind up paying over double what you would pay somewhere else. And my nails looked horrible in the end! Very disappointed. Had to ask them to keep going over the mistakes they made and in the end I just gave up gave them my money and got out of there. And supposedly I went to the best girl Kat and my nails still don't look good. Thank god I went for basic color and acrylic because otherwise my nails would have cost $80. read more

So I was referred by a friend to go to this place. I walked in and was greeted by the woman in the front she asked me what I wanted to get done I told her a pedi and refill she said ok. I sat down looked for colors and after about a half hour of waiting I said how long is the wait. She said oh like 20 mins. 20 mins came and I was still waiting so I informed her that I could only get my nails done since I had to be somewhere. She said I couldn't get my nails done until 4 because one of her clients has changed there mind and wanted a full set instead of a mani. It was 12:30 wtf. I was livid because if she would have jus told me that from the beginning I would have went somewhere else. I will never waste my time and energy going to this place they only cater to their "clients" that have been going there for ages and that's it. Don't go to Chrissy's nails!!!! read more

This place doesn't look like the pics... it's much more hip and fun! The people are very nice but also very skilled at what they do. I had stones put on and this was the first time they didn't come off... not even one! They're very friendly and it's just overall good vibes. You can joke around and just have a nice time getting your nails done here. Anyway, this is a place I highly recommend, especially if you like crazy designs- they do it and they do it well! read more

Very nice job of doing nails! It's a lil busy so try to make an appointment but i was a walk-in and they took me.

Reeked of acetone. Got a basic manicure where the edges of my nails were really sharp and had remnants of polish on four fingers. Also, they had no air dryers only uv lights which I don't like hence the reason I don't get gel. read more

I visited Chrissy's Nails for the first time today looking for a new nail tech, to receive a refill and pedicure. First things first, the wait is extremely long! When I walked in I was not spoken to, welcomed nor acknowledged, period. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to finally be seated with a tech. Unfortunately the tech I was assigned was rude, poorly skilled and once again RUDE. She took about 40 minutes to complete a set of thick, uneven, horrific looking nails which honestly looked like press on nails from Walmart. I then wanted to add crystals to my nails which they were charging 2 fingers for $30, but let me make it clear it is NOT THE PRICE I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT, it is the service. So after the initial gel application I was asked to have a seat and wait for someone else to apply my crystals. I waited about 15-20 minutes, got fed up and settled for just a solid color because these nails WILL be coming off and I WILL be finding a new salon. My nail tech push, and pulled my hands, didn't ask me to readjust, nothing. After following their Instagram for months, and finally going to give them a try I feel like their Instagram is false advertisement. Luxury prices with cheap quality. read more

They were all lovely and my gel manicure lasted for 3 weeks. I've been getting gel for 4 years and they usually last for 2 weeks in perfect or near perfect condition but this one lasted way longer. I only went back because I was tired of the color. I took my pregnant sister in law as a treat and everyone there was so incredibly lovely and sweet and expertly towed the line by being friendly but also giving us room to talk amongst ourselves. Can't wait to go back. read more

This is the best nail salon that I have ever went to. Everyone is very kind, funny, and make you feel like you're at home. I will never change nail salons. My nails last for a month and would last longer but I rather get them done. I have never had a nail pop off and, no one have every hurt me while doing my nails. Some times I want to walk into my old nail salon and say "this is how you do nails!" But I won't because I'm to nice. Also no one fights over who is next. read more

Very unprofessional. The owners treat you as if you should be honored they are doing your nails. I book my appointments way in advance and am always on time and they still make you wait for an hour because they take walk-ins even though you're scheduled. They don't even apologize either, very rude people running the place. They are also inconsistent with their prices. I got the same thing done every 2 weeks and sometimes they would add a few extra dollars onto the bill. Price gougers. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, I don't have time for ignorant people. Went and tried Eminence Nail Bar, such a better atmosphere, cleaner and friendlier. read more

What an experience! I've been to many nail salons always trying to find a place that was reasonable while also sanitary, so in came yelp! Which is where I found Chrissy's, they had great reviews and just about everyone stated they were great at designs so I thought I would try it, and I'm glad I did, Chrissy's provides excellent customer service and then some ! I walked in and was warmly greeted they asked my name and everything, I felt so relaxed the entire time not at all what I was expecting! Even when I had to wait they made sure to let my gel manicure soak off so that it would be an easier process removing my current color. It was refreshing to not be pressured to upgrade my pedicure or get this manicure or do anything I didn't want, and I got exactly what I asked for! All the tools were brand new and the salon was well kept I will definitely return to Chrissy's again! Well worth the extra drive time for friendly efficient service! read more
