Spend your money elsewhere. The nail tech did my French tip 5 times and couldn't get it right. The one who seems to be in charge stepped in and they still charged me $74 for hard gel French tip. She was rude when I asked if it was still full price even after being there for almost two hours for a refill. Plus a fee for using my debit card. I will never return. read more

I was in the Northeast area and searched on Yelp for a nearby nail salon. This place came up on my search with good reviews so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm so glad I did! I walked in without an appointment and was seated right away. I wanted to try dip powder for the first time and the technician was so helpful. I also asked for tips on two of nails that broke so close to the nail bed and one that was starting to crack on the side. She actually patched up the one that was starting to crack and made the other two look so natural! They had so many color options, the technicians know what they're doing and are soooo nice, and the prices are very reasonable! This place is definitely a 5-star! read more

I have been going to Chrissy's Nails and Spa for three years now, but only recently started reviewing on Yelp. Let me preference this by saying I have been getting my nails done for over 13 years and never have I been to a nail salon that does the quality of work Chrissy's does. I have never had a nail chip, I have never had a nail break. I often get crystals and never have had one fall off!!! When you go to Chrissy's it is exceptionally clean, professional and you are genuinely treated like family-they make an effort to get to know their clients. I recently moved and was looking for a place I found one but it had me going back within two weeks for a gel manicure which normally I can go back in 4 weeks. But then I found chrissy's nails and spa. I was afraid but it was the best decision ever. It's literally next to my apartment and they do a great job. The staff's us friendly and funny and chirpy which is very pleasant. It's my new favorite place for a gel manicure. I see them every three to four weeks which is awesome. I never do reviews. BUT. I have to say how much I love this salon. It is the best salon I've ever been to with the longest and nicest results. The people who work here make you feel welcome and are true artists when it comes to their work. My gel pedi lasts until it grows out and my current dip powder is on week 3 with no chips or breaks and the color is still perfect. That is until I came to Chrissy's this morning! I was greeted immediately by friendly faces. Nicole was my nail tech today and she started my pedicure first. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable in my chair and with the water temp which I appreciate. She gave me my first ever powder gel mani and I am OBSESSED. They charge so much for the most basic things then they try to add on extra charges and tell you to get extra things. You wind up paying over double what you would pay somewhere else. And my nails looked horrible in the end! Very disappointed. Had to ask them to keep going over the mistakes they made and in the end I just gave up gave them my money and got out of there. So I was referred by a friend to go to this place. I walked in and was greeted by the woman in the front she asked me what I wanted to get done I told her a pedi and refill she said ok. I sat down looked for colors and after about a half hour of waiting I said how long is the wait. She said oh like 20 mins. 20 mins came and I was still waiting so I informed her that I could only get my nails done since I had to be somewhere. She said I couldn't get my nails done until 4 because one of her clients has changed there mind and wanted a full set instead of a mani. It was 12:30 wtf. I was livid because if she would have jus told me that from the beginning I would have went somewhere else. This place doesn't look like the pics... it's much more hip and fun! The people are very nice but also very skilled at what they do. I had stones put on and this was the first time they didn't come off... not even one! They're very friendly and it's just overall good vibes. You can joke around and just have a nice time getting your nails done here. I visited Chrissy's Nails for the first time today looking for a new nail tech, to receive a refill and pedicure. First things first, the wait is extremely long! When I walked in I was not spoken to, welcomed nor acknowledged, period. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to finally be seated with a tech. Unfortunately the tech I was assigned was rude, poorly skilled and once again RUDE. She took about 40 minutes to complete a set of thick, uneven, horrific looking nails which honestly looked like press on nails from Walmart. I then wanted to add crystals to my nails which they were charging 2 fingers for $30, but let me make it clear it is NOT THE PRICE I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT, it is the service. So after the initial gel application I was asked to have a seat and wait for someone else to apply my crystals. I waited about 15-20 minutes, got fed up and settled for just a solid color because these nails WILL be coming off and I WILL be finding a new salon. My nail tech push, and pulled my hands, didn't ask me to readjust, nothing. After following their Instagram for months, and finally going to give them a try I feel like their Instagram is false advertisement. Luxury prices with cheap quality. read more

Reeked of acetone. Got a basic manicure where the edges of my nails were really sharp and had remnants of polish on four fingers. Also, they had no air dryers only uv lights which I don't like hence the reason I don't get gel. read more

They were all lovely and my gel manicure lasted for 3 weeks. I've been getting gel for 4 years and they usually last for 2 weeks in perfect or near perfect condition but this one lasted way longer. I only went back because I was tired of the color. I took my pregnant sister in law as a treat and everyone there was so incredibly lovely and sweet and expertly towed the line by being friendly but also giving us room to talk amongst ourselves. This is the best nail salon that I have ever went to. Everyone is very kind, funny, and make you feel like you're at home. I will never change nail salons. My nails last for a month and would last longer but I rather get them done. I have never had a nail pop off and, no one have every hurt me while doing my nails. Very unprofessional. The owners treat you as if you should be honored they are doing your nails. I book my appointments way in advance and am always on time and they still make you wait for an hour because they take walk-ins even though you're scheduled. They don't even apologize either, very rude people running the place. They are also inconsistent with their prices. I got the same thing done every 2 weeks and sometimes they would add a few extra dollars onto the bill. Price gougers. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, I don't have time for ignorant people. What an experience! I've been to many nail salons always trying to find a place that was reasonable while also sanitary, so in came yelp! Which is where I found Chrissy's, they had great reviews and just about everyone stated they were great at designs so I thought I would try it, and I'm glad I did, Chrissy's provides excellent customer service and then some ! I walked in and was warmly greeted they asked my name and everything, I felt so relaxed the entire time not at all what I was expecting! Even when I had to wait they made sure to let my gel manicure soak off so that it would be an easier process removing my current color. It was refreshing to not be pressured to upgrade my pedicure or get this manicure or do anything I didn't want, and I got exactly what I asked for! All the tools were brand new and the salon was well kept I will definitely return to Chrissy's again! Well worth the extra drive time for friendly efficient service! read more
