There was no one inside the room and only 2 massagers available at the moment. They quickly called another massage therapist to come back and told us the wait is about 30mins. we started off with a back and shoulder massage. All 3 of us didn't really like the fact that we had a cloth on our shoulders while getting the massage. It didn't feel as quite relaxing, maybe it's the feeling. Then one of my friends had 3 different massage therapist during her one hour foot spa because they kept switching the therapist around. The massage therapists were all pretty nice and friendly. Overall the pressure and massage is alright. I may or may not choose to return since there is other foot spa around. When we pay, the staff told us a higher price than the price we saw outside. So apparently the poster price on the window is incorrect. The staff admitted that alot of customers have mistaken the price for the 1hr foot massage. I said if you aren't going to grand that price, then shouldn't you take that down from the window? She said the lady usually would tell the customer that the window price is the old price. But I told her no one told us. So at the end, she said I will give you that price this time only. So I told her ok and yea make sure the sign is off the window too. It's just false advertisement and misleading to the customers.

The place was clean and relaxing. The service was efficient. The massage was a little rough at times but nice for a self care day and at a great price. I had my second sports massage with Marla Solarski yesterday at Cryo Spa in Holland, PA. It was in…read morea different room, but still with Asian atmosphere and nice background music. Once again, she asked a few questions about how I was feeling and where I was feeling it. She was most interested in how I had responded to the first massage two weeks before. In fact, my lower back, legs and shoulders responded well last time, and I was ready for another strong stretching and deep tissue therapeutic hour. This time, except when I had to interact with her by resisting her pushing/pulling, I was more relaxed and was able to zone out and go somewhere within while she worked her magic. Marla dug deeper into my thighs which had absorbed the result of two herniated discs. Painful, but necessary to relieve stress and increase flexibility. Torquing my hips and legs to open space between my discs. Leaning her weight into my folded knees to help loosen the perpetual tightness in my lumbar spine. The time passed quickly, but at its end I felt great, and almost intoxicated from the work done. The spa allowed me to sit in a quiet room for a few minutes until that sensation ended. Slept like a baby last night. PRO TIP - Marla actually works in several locations, just call her to find where is most convenient for you.

I do prefer Anika because she has always been the one to do my massages and I have come to like her techniques. They have gift certificates and they are awesome. I have bought them for friends and family before. You can call ahead and is recommended to call ahead to make reservation for your hour or what ever time frame massage.
