I just left and I am very disappointed. The massage itself was fine for a 90 minute session at $90,…read morebut the experience ended on a very uncomfortable note. While I was taking money out of my wallet, the therapist was watching the cash in my hand. I intended to leave a $20 tip, but she told me I had to tip $30. I have been coming here on and off for ten years and have never experienced anything like this. It completely overshadowed what should have been a relaxing visit. This was a horrible way to end a decent massage, and I am really disappointed.

Every masseuse there is great. Tell them what's been bothering you and they will customize the massage to focus on your problem areas. They also use hot stones on every massage and sometimes do back walking, cupping and other therapies to help with various ailments. The new location right on Butler Pike, near Ridge Ave, is a big improvement from the old spaces. It's locates directly across the street from Five Guys.

I have been here 3 times this year. It keeps getting worst every time I go back. Today was the last…read moretime I will ever go back. There is no more walk ins ( good for them more business). There a big sign that says " NO LESS THAN 20% TIP"!! You can't tell people how to tip. It's a "gratuity" meaning if I the customer enjoyed my service from the person providing it I have the "option" to tip more or as my budget will allow. IT'S RUDE TO DEMAND MONEY AFTER I PAID FOR THE INCOMPLETE MASSAGE. Why do I say it was incomplete? Well I have had over 100 massages. A complete massage includes the back and front of your body massaged in oil or lotion. Unless it is a type of massage service that requires you to keep your clothes on, like Thai Massage. Today I had my massage, I was laying face down, the massage on my back was amazing. I did not ask for hot stones and it was performed. I don't like hot stones, and these were hott. My back still feels like its burning. I will have to check to see if my skin stays on. The back of my legs got a light massage with oil. I turned over to my back and the therapist did my neck for about 2 mins, a light facial massage and a head massage. Then she did my feet about 5 mins. Next I heard " Finish".....I said what? she said " you finish" Notice I did not mention she massaged my arms or my legs on the front. I got out side and the guy at the desk asked me how was the massage. I explained what happened, he asked her in Chinese and she responded in Chinese. Then he told me she said she did full body massage. I told the guy, she can speak English just fine I don't need a translator. Its not fair that you two wants to discuss what happened in your language. She then proceed to tell me what happened and that she massaged my whole body. I showed her my dry arms no lotion or oil. When I started to walk away after I paid my $55, the front desk guy said in a loud voice " excuse me you not tip her" I said in a louder voice ' NO! LOOK AT MY ARMS AND LEGS! NO OIL, THE JOB WAS NOT FINISHED, DO I LOOK HAPPY? A HAPPY CUSTOMER GIVES A TIP, I AM NOT HAPPY"!!!!!! HE YELLED AT ME IN CHINESE WHILE I WAS WALKING OUT OF THE BUILDING.....no clue what he said tho. My last thoughts get what you pay for, half the price, half the massage, half the service. Totally a recession massage. By the way I did not see any license either. Never going back to this place has very poor customer service.

I think a lot of these masseuses develop a routine that allows them to know exactly how much time is left based on where they are in the routine. Just like some use a timer, some play music, each has a way of knowing how much time is left. I think some use the tiredness of their own body to tell them how much time is left. Tina uses the massage routine to know how much time is left. She gives a good massage which provides relief but it seems automated. No customization. Nice person, friendly and easy going. Based on her massage, given the choice between someone I didn't know and Tina, I would go with Tina again.

I come here very often, they always do a great job. It starts Asian style, through a blanket or…read moresheet, to get a really good grip on you knots and progresses into Swedish style with oil. If you have tight muscles and pain, this is the place to go. As others mentioned, the massage therapist do sometimes leave the room or answer a call, but they always make up the time and go over the timer. It's 50 dollars for 60 minutes or 70 dollars for 90 minutes. The value is incredible and they always get me in as a walk in. They have a loyally program, buy 9, get one, so if you are a regular customer it works out to actually be 10% cheaper. The prices, hours and availability have made massage accessible for me when I need it. I was disappointed to see another reviewer post pictures of the signs making it clear that this is not a spa offering sexual services. With the stereotypes of Asian run massage parlors, imagine how frequently someone comes in pushing for sexual contact, and how difficult safely declining is with a language barrier.

Very odd experience…read more I called saying I had a Groupon when I scheduled the appointment and when I checked in the woman told me she didn't need to see it until after the massage. Place was very clean, lots of rooms, the massage therapist introduced herself and was nice although hard to understand with limited English. I was a little confused that there were large towels instead of blankets or sheets but I went with it. The pressure was very intense and I had to keep telling her to go easier. It felt more like a deep tissue massage, or even more like physical therapy then a relaxing experience and I kept tensing up asking her to use less pressure. At one point a guy who was an employee (I assume) opened the door to my room and had a full 5 minute conversation with the lady doing my massage WHILE she was working in me. Very awkward. At the end when I was getting dressed I noticed a weird sign on the wall -"this is a professional spa please don't ask sexual related questions" -what?!!! That was very creepy and I'm kind of glad I didn't see it until the end. Worst part was checking out, the massage therapist said she had to "call the boss" because she didn't know how to use the groupon. The boss is screaming into the phone (I can hear it from across the counter) and she gets on speaker phone and tells me very rudely that she doesn't have a contract with groupon anymore and she's not taking it and it's not her problem. I had to call Groupon from the lobby and they gave me a credit and I had to pay for the full massage. Not again.
