Also the nail tech that did my nails was extremely impersonal however I was willing to go back because of the location and look past her not even saying anything to me other than asking if the length or cut was okay. At the end of the appointment, she started putting on a gel polish to complete the service. I then told the nail tech, they were very lumpy and I had never had dip nails turn out this way. She also left dip powder all over my skin, causing it not to wash off because she had activated it. I wanted to cry because my engagement photos are tonight. I am posting pictures of how she left my nails, even after I politely complained. She also charged me 115 dollars for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. For this price and it taking almost 3 hours, I expected much better service, especially because I told her that I was having my nails photographed. The nail tech lacked knowledge and experience with dip, I have been getting my nails done for a long time and have never seen it done this way or be so lumpy after completion.

Yesterday, I called to book an appointment. I first asked if she had availability at 10 a.m., and she said no, but offered 11:30 a.m. instead. I told her that time wouldn't work, so I asked about the evening around 6 or 6:30 p.m. and she confirmed a 6 p.m. appointment. Shortly after, I called back to see if she had any openings around 12:30 or 1 p.m., but she said no, so I confirmed we'd stick with the 6 p.m. appointment. When I arrived at 5:45 p.m., Judy informed me that she could no longer do my lashes. She claimed my appointment was at 3 p.m. and that she had texted me to come in earlier however, I never received any call or text. She had clearly booked someone else in my time slot and simply decided not to honor my appointment. I told her this was extremely unprofessional, especially considering I've been a long-time client. Her response? That she didn't care. I was shocked and disappointed this was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. If you value your time and being treated with respect, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Loyalty means nothing here, and clients are clearly not a priority.

We woke up this morning to our laundry room/garage being flooded from a pipe that had burst (we just moved into this house maybe a few weeks ago?) and we needed to handle that emergency first which took ALL freaking day and the owner called me to basically insult me as if I have been disrespectful of the technicians time repeatedly. The plumber has been here since the morning dealing with this, we had to run to Home Depot to get material he needed and make sure we could leave knowing our home would not be flooded by the time we got back, I had confirmed the appointment at 2:19PM after asking the plumber how much longer it would be and him telling me he was about to be done so I thought the job was going to be done on time for us to get to the salon which did not happen so I told my fiancé to call and notify them of this. Then I was met with Steven calling me to tell me off, what kind of business owner are you? What is wrong in your head that you think it is ever ok to call a client who makes sure to tip YOUR employees well in that manner and say that you won't take any more appointments from me? Needless to say we will not be booking again out of respect for Kevin and his time not because of the owner calling in the manner he did but simply because I also do not like my time being wasted and I completely understand how this could've impacted Kevin, I made sure to apologize. She also did my acrylic fill, and she made sure the shape was perfect, without making the appointment feel unnecessarily long. She double-checked everything and really paid attention to the little details. Even though it was the end of her day, the quality of her work never changed. Everything felt relaxed, comfortable, and professional. Susan truly went above and beyond, and I left extremely happy with my nails and the entire experience.
