Service was great pedicure sucked. I paid 32 + tip for a french pedicure this last Thursday. It is now Saturday, I have not done any strenuous activities & all my toe nail polish is chipping. Don't waste your money here. I thought I found a good spot till I looked down & seen basically half of my nail polish is already off & it looks really sloppy like they use cheap nail polish or dilute it with a bunch of acetone. Save your money go elsewhere. It looks like I've had this paint on for 2 weeks & it's only been 2 days. NEVER AGAIN read more

One of the worst experiences with a pedicure that I've ever had. The gel polish job was messy and she got the top coat all my skin and it burned in the curing lamp. Too much skin was removed around my cuticles and they are now tender and one of my toes is red and inflamed. Wont be returning. read more

I have been going here for years. Brian and Andy are funny and extremely good at their craft. I used to live near the salon but a couple of years ago I moved over to North Las Vegas, but I still make the drive to this salon to get my nails done. Brian and Andy make the time spent getting your nails done enjoyable. All the staff here is great. I was in a car accident last year and broke my hand and had to have surgery, twice and when I get my nails done they take such care to ensure they don't hurt me. They do great work and I always get complements on my nails. Love this place, I will be a customer for a long time to come. read more

So let me start off by saying i had my nails done at another nail salon and i had a french ombre. My other nail salon was booked btw. They were almond shape and i cut them down to a square since they were getting very long and at my job we are not allowed to have long nails. I made an appointment here and still i had to wait 20 plus mins to just get seated and still wait for a nail tech. They were pretty busy so i get it sometimes nails can take longer than usual. Finally i got a nail tech, i don't know her name. I told her i needed a pink fill since i had a french, she used a completley different pink and couldn't even do the ombre effect at all. they were looking pretty bad. After doing a couple of nails she straight up told me "You need to go to the other nail salon you got these done at , that they used a certain acrylic that is meant for ombre." (i honestly think she just didnt know how to do it) i'm like no I'm not going anywhere I've already waited forever , you can just do a gel color than . So she filled all my nails , filed etc etc. Majority of my nails look different from the other. I even had to tell her that this nail is uneven and that nail is uneven. In my personal opinion i shoudn't be doing that. That's her responsibility to look at my nails to make sure they are all even.Cause she legit was gonna let me walk out like that! So than she painted my nails and some of my nails are thicker than the other and uneven surface. And i don't think they dried all the way cause when she went and dried my nails off with the alcohol on the paper towel some of nails looked stretched at the end . She seemed in a rush. This was my first time here and not impressed much. read more

So disappointed in this place! I think there are a couple of genuinely great technicians who give good customer service but I had a miserable time here today. I returned for the third time this year and felt irritated the whole time. The young girl who has done my nails in the past was busy so the older woman did both a pedi and gel mani. To begin, during my pedicure she pointed out the cuticles and area around my big toes and kept saying it "had too much" she asked if she could trim and I said yes a little bit was fine. She began to dig in there and I told her when I felt too much pressure. She eased off of that but kept making comments about these particular toes. At one point an employee was asking me about nail colors so I was distracted and meanwhile the lady working on my feet kept trying to get my attention to show me what she cleaned up underneath my nail. Since I was answering the other employee's question I didn't hear her so she proceeds to put the piece of "gunk" on my lap for me to see. I was completed disgusted and mortified. I told her that was rude and gross and wiped it off. I couldn't believe the audacity she had in doing this. Obviously people go to get pedicures because they need them.. didn't know I was expected to show up with perfect feet and clean nails. Fortunately she stopped that and finished up the pedicure. However I have to note the other employee didn't say anything to her and obviously heard and saw my reaction to what she had done. On a side note they were blasting a Trump rally in the background and all partisan divides aside there is absolutely NOTHING relaxing about a political rally playing while you get your nails done. I really felt like waking out but it was late and my last attempt at getting my nails done before leaving out of town. If you're a regular and you have those go to people for great service I can see why you come back. For those trying out for the first time or looking to establish your go to spot in Las Vegas I would not recommend this place. There has got to be something better out there where you actually feel pampered and relax. I will not be back! read more

Brian has always done my manis and pedis - he's the best! Although I have moved to Henderson (right outside of Boulder City), I still make the trip because it is more than worth it.
