The day of my service I arrived 15 minutes before like I was asked to and was greeted immediately as I walked in. Andrea greeted me and let me know she was going to clean the room and get ready for me. When I walked in the room, you could tell it was clean and sanitized. Andrea got to know me and asked me some questions about my skin and my waxing history. I let her know it was my first time getting a full Brazilian and underarm wax and she explained to me the process and the pain levels. I felt super comfortable with Andrea. She explained the process as she was waxing me and even maintained a conversation with me to distract me. She was super kind and I felt that she took her time with me and made sure I was vacation ready. I would highly recommend booking an appointment for waxing here. They asked me to come at opening and both my husband and I had female hairdressers. She gave me the option of having my hair cut in the classroom or at the farthest chair from the window. For extra privacy, I chose the classroom. It was great until a man walked by and stopped at the door and said "Good morning". My hairdresser immediately told him to leave and closed the door for extra privacy. This made me largely uncomfortable. I don't believe this was her fault, but wish that the workers were notified that there was a woman who didn't want men to see her hair so this man would announce his entrance in order for us to avoid the situation. This felt like an oversight from whoever I had DM'd. The haircut was good and for a good price, but taking off a star because ultimately, I felt very uncomfortable and was under the impression that no men would be there. I don't think I'll be going back due to the discomfort that I felt, but the wash and cut was good for its price.

I could not believe how much dead skin and vellus hair she removed, I had dermaplaning done with someone else 2 months prior and the services were like night and day. Obviously the previous time missed a lot, judging by what she removed. I cannot say enough good things about the facial itself. I loved the products she used and she started out with some wonderful aromatherapy. Her facial massage was better than any facial massage I have ever had. I say this after having 30 years of facials all over this country-none of them touched what she did.
