The customer service was fine but the pedicure paint job was bad - paint did not cover the whole nail and I'm pretty sure another coat would've been a good idea. Filing & clipping was messy as well, not a job well done. The pedicure also didn't even last a week when I know it wasn't the actual nail polish paint that caused this - I use the same OPI nail color every time at every salon I try and it just didn't come out right. About 6 weeks ago, before our Caribbean vacation, I went to Nails Today to have a gel manicure to hopefully head off the deterioration of my nails due to sunscreen and bug spray. Rosie assured me that they would hold up and they really did! I am used to doing my nails mid-vacation and I didn't need to think of it at all. They were shiny and so pretty for our whole vacation. A couple of weeks ago, after returning from our vacation, I tried to make an appt at Nails Today and they were booked so I went elsewhere. Big mistake. My nails were warped and messy looking, They were already lifting from my last manicure a week before. I went in to see Rosie and she made them so perfect. She is so detail oriented and every single nail is perfect. I really appreciate going into this salon and having my perfectionist nature taken seriously. One of the worst pedicures I have ever had. The supplies were older/overly used (I.e, fingernail file) I had to request the drill be used to make my nails smooth. The person (male) providing the service was not very thorough, nor was he consistent. To the credit of the other reviews, which was the reason I came, yes, they are "polite" but that doesn't make up for the sub par nail service. The best thing about my experience was the massage, but I really just needed my toenails done well. If you favor a good massage in what appears to be a neat, well kept facility over a good pedicure, this place will be suitable for you. Otherwise, do like me and find a shop to do it all. Their name says it all. Nails for today. 2 days after the worst shellac nail manicure, it is already chipping. I reached out to the store after I left on Saturday, and they have yet responded. Just got a sorry. Here is what went wrong-I was burnt during my pedicure with the stones. The color looks like a 8 year old did it, the color does not go down on the sides, doesn't go close to my nail bed the design is nothing what I wanted, clear top coat was ALLLLL over my fingers, they cut my cuticle bed and other issues!! One of the best nail salons I've been to in the greater Seattle area - from downtown Seattle all the way up towards Everett, these guys land in my top 3 out of maybe 30-40 salons I've tried. This is based off of the stellar job they did on my shellac manicure - very even filing, extra attention to cuticles, long lasting shellac polish. I will say the pedicures here aren't over the top at all but that foot massage is. But I went with a friend both wanted our toes and nails done. They did her nails at the table and have me in my chair doing my toes, not sitting together. We wanted to get our nails done together. But this is the worst nail job I have ever had. I used to do nails, and I guess we got stuck with someone learning. Had no idea what they were doing, I have little THICK blocks on my fingers, uneven, coming up on the sides from not being properly sealed, dust in the clear coat (no washing or anything), didn't push the cuticles back. NONE OF THE TOOLS WERE CLEAN!! THEY WHEN FROM MY FRIENDS NAILS TO MINE. I'm hoping to God i don't get a fungal infection. So I wouldn't recommend getting you're nails done cause it's not up to standard's of nails no up to proper cleanliness!!!!! BEWARE! read more

I got my nails done here on Saturday. I love them the way they turned out. I have very brittle natural nails, so growing them out is almost impossible. I got a full set acrylics with a gel topcoat and it's the best I've ever received from any shop. They are so beautiful! The staff is friendly and welcoming as well. read more

Thought I would try a new place a little out of my neighborhood. I saw a few recent reviews that this place had recently changed ownership with new chairs etc...I hadn't been before so I don't have anything to compare to. Now, I have had many a mani-pedi. So I knew what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by a few things: The staff was really warm and genuinely friendly. The massage for my pedicure was the best I've had in this area so far having gone to about 6 different salons in the area. Very good pressure and not rushed at all! I didn't get his name but maybe it's Johnny? Based on the other reviews. The salon was clean, had nice newer chairs and stations, lots of good colors to choose from and the magazine selection was current (hey, this is when I catch up on my reading!) Quite a few regulars seemed to be in there judging from the friendly banter. Overall, I was really pleased with my nails and toes. That massage though... worth a drive from my usual nail salon. I'll definitely be back again. I would recommend calling ahead to check on their availability. The salon is tucked away in a smaller strip mall off 160th St which can be busy at times. Easier to turn right into rather than turning left. Parking was not a problem as there were ample spaces. There's a teriyaki place next door which seems to be popular if you get hungry. read more
