I will never come back here again and I brought my 16-year-old daughter with me and I told the guy that we only wanted the $35 pedicures and he asked her what policy she wanted and she told him and then he charged me $15 to polish her nails extra. This is a total rip off and this place is not even that clean. I will not be coming back very disappointed. given them any stars they don't deserve it but I have to get one to post this comment. Then an old lady in the back was on her phone and she took off my polish. She was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to do it. I asked her to paint my toe so i could look at the color. She starts painting 3, so i asked her if maybe i could find a lighter one. She got really mad and said go find colllla and ripped the toe separators off my toes. I come back with a pink. It was way lighter than what it looked in the bottle, so i asked her if you'd be able to see the dark polish she left on the side of my nails. She said no and kept painting. I then asked her just to put the darker color back on and she freaked out. Started yelling, and was rough painting them. After i went to the front to get my nails painted the lady kept going on and on and yelling so loud that the guy in the back came out. I sat in the chair the rest of the time crying. Most awkward experience ever. And my polish smeared as soon as i left. Didn't even paint them good. Wouldn't waste your momey on these people. No wonder why it was empty when i was there.
