I simply asked for nude, coffin nails and ended up with this. She rushed refilling and shaping my nails, and didn't agree with what I requested, making rude remarks like "that color looks like your skin." I asked her to make them shorter in the beginning and she quickly shaved them down without ever once asking if the length or shape was okay. She had a horrible attitude the entire time, making it difficult and uncomfortable for me to speak up. There's so much more I'd like to say but long story short don't come here but if you do never let the girl do your nails. I should've asked her name but you'll know who she is by her attitude. Ps. I didn't get anything close to what I came for the nail polish was chuncky, the red had darker puddles of red, there was no actual shape to the nail just a thick curved rectangle with indents in the middle, and when I got home my nails polish had already chipped ALOT... I cut them off right away I'd be embarrassed to have these in my prom pictures, she didn't quiet seem to care about quality or customer satisfaction. My full set was honestly a very uncomfortable experience. I had Kenny and he was very rough with my nails. The drill burned and cut me several times. He was very rough with my nails and fingers. He was squeezing them really hard and kept tapping my hand telling me to relax... he was annoyed with my nail color choice and tried to convince me to pick another color. While he was painting me nails he kept huffing and throwing paper towels and shaking his head. I will also say every time I have come here the prices have changed I always get a French tip pedicure. The first time it was 50, then 65, and now 70.. They just make up prices tbh. Their sheet says $5 for design but someone it equals up to $20 extra dollars lol Not coming back for sure
