I went there today to get my nails done for prom, I left in tears. I asked for simple long straight nails with a colored French tip and to add some red, instead I got curved nails that wouldn't let my finger tip touch the table. they glued my skin with the nail tip and then sent me to the chair to get my toes done. my feet turned out nice and the young women was really welcoming, but the nail polish and designing was terrible. I didn't get anything close to what I came for the nail polish was chuncky, the red had darker puddles of red, there was no actual shape to the nail just a thick curved rectangle with indents in the middle, and when I got home my nails polish had already chipped ALOT... I cut them off right away I'd be embarrassed to have these in my prom pictures, she didn't quiet seem to care about quality or customer satisfaction. I am usually very understanding and shy when it comes to my nails I understand not all nails are going to be perfect and I'm okay with little mistakes but it's like my nail tech didn't even try, it looks like when I tried dip powder for the first time on my own in middle school. what a WASTE of 130 dollars... first and last time going there read more

I was happy at first but the French manicure is very thick and not smooth. You can feel the transition from clear to tip and there is pitting in the clear. I will NOT return to this establishment for future manicures. I will continue to look until I find one that charges a set fee! Charging 10-15 for gel polish along with 25 for a refill gets expensive. I can see 5 extra for gel and even extra for a design on the nail. Back home in Arkansas I could get a gel color( French), refill and pedicure for 60 dollars. I'm trying this place again using a different person. The guy that did my manicure and pedicure didn't get all the red color off my nails and only put 1 coat of clear polish on(I didn't do color on my fingers) and 1 coat of red on my toes, I don't usually do red on my fingers. I asked him to dip a brush in remover to get it off, but 1 of the 3 still had color left. Then he said I have to ask for another coat of polish that he only does one coat. He also didn't have me wash my hands after he put oil on my hands, then applied 1 coat of clear polish. That one coat on my nails peeled off over 2 days. grrr . read more

Since moving from TX two years ago, I've tried almost every decent nail place in Pueblo. K Nails is by FAR the best I've found. I've had three services from 3 different techs (one male and two young white females) and all were great-lots of attention to detail which is the most important thing to me. Highly recommend you check them out! FYI, there is also a nice lady who has a space inside and does facials, etc. She seems popular! read more

I went here this past weekend because I couldn't get an appointment with the place I normally go so I thought I'd give this place a shot. I am very disappointed and will not return. I made an appointment and when I arrived at 9 for check in it was 58 degrees in the building as the A/C had been turned on (according to the employees). I let the gal know I had gel on my toes and wanted a pedicure with gel again and that I had dip on my fingers and wanted to re-do my nails as well. The pedicure was okay nothing special for what I paid. My nails ended up being gel because the color I apparently picked was gel even though when I told him I wanted dip he didn't stop me or tell me to pick another color that wasn't gel! Looking at my nails a day later they already look grown out. He didn't get the polish close to my cuticles and missed filling in the sides. I also asked if I could do one of my fingers green as I wanted something for Christmas and the guy ignored me and just kept going! Not impressed with this place at all! 12/9/2022 -- I am updating my original review to share that the second day after having my nails done here, I now have had 3 of them chip! I cannot believe how much money I paid for their services and my nails haven't even lasted a week!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I get pedicures at Kay Nails on a regular basis. They do a great job. I also get gel polish on my fingernails now and then. They do a very nice job on them as well however I wouldn't go back to the lady who does waxing again. She allowed me to make an appointment for a complete leg waxing and during the fumbling disaster of a leg wax she informed me that I was only the second person she has ever done a leg waxing on.. the other was her mother... she got wax on my new shorts in several places and the pink stains never came out. She also managed to get wax all over the floor so when I stood up it got on the bottom of my feet. I ended up with it in my sandals. She also charged me extra $10 just to do the tiny spot on my big toes... I've never been charged extra for that..lol ( the agreed amount was already a high $80 for the service. Which is higher than anyone else in the area) while she was friendly, talkative, and personable I found her to be very disorganized and messy. I won't go back for her services. She also does electrolysis.. I think maybe she's more skilled at that as she tried to convince me to try it . read more

I brought 3 girls in to get nails done for a daddy daughter dance. For one girl, they didn't make sure that all of her previous nail polish was off so she had bumps on her finished nails. The girl asked her mom to drive there to talk to them and the manager acknowledged that she had nail polish underneath but did nothing to rectify. My daughter's gel mani looked like I could do better on her, and I do nails horribly. We were there almost 3 hours and they just needed to do 3 12 year old girls. They need to make sure their techs can do a proper job before they work on customers. I feel like we were badly taken advantage of. We will not go back! read more
