What a .... Loser. Like I told you on the phone, YOU, homie, are the product, you sell your work! YOU weren't even the one who did my pedicure! You're the one that I had to say "Excuse me, can you take this wax off" after sitting there for 20 minutes! YOU, THE OWNER, SAW US JUST SITTING THERE! Telling me we didn't make appointments, where does it say we needed to? You "squeezed us in" as you put it, but you could have used your big boy words and said we didn't have time. If this is how you handle a justified complaint about your business, then you need to take some classes. Could you have imagined how YOU would have acted if I said we were dissatisfied that day instead of just paying and walking out? You are a classless business owner. Worst pedicure ever. They left my daughter and I sitting there for 15 minutes soaking our feet before someone came to start my pedicure, my daughter waited another 15 minutes for her pedicure to start while her feet were soaking in cold water. They both hurried through our pedi, my daughter's pedi ended 5 minutes after mine. They barley cut our toe nails, the girl painted my daughter's toes the wrong color, then they left is sitting with wax on our feet and forgot about us!! They both went to other clients! The guy that did my pedi was done doing a refill when I finally got someone to come and finish our service! $75 for horrible customer service and horrible pedicures. Got a green tea ("good for callus removal") pedicure it was VERY mediocre for $40. It was an up charge for them to pour 1/2 cup of green tea from an old thermos (it literally looked like someone's old drink from the day before) The massage was like a crappy unenthusiastic boyfriend slathering my legs in lotion....i can get that at home for free. The polish was nice, but noth worth what I paid. No one else there...no one should have been in a rush. Very disappointing. read more

We had scheduled appointments for bridal preparations- they rushed up in and did our manicures at the same time as the pedicures causing us to twist in the chair with back pain later instead of doing them as 2 separate services. The pedicure room is dim lighting to be relaxing and I liked that at 1st but then realized they did not do the greatest of jobs in the dark using lamps. Also, the cuticles on my nails were not trimmed very well- so, the polish started bubbling and coming up in less then 2 days (prior to the wedding!!!). I asked my Neice about the place for her opinion after it was done to see if we just maybe had an off day or something. She said they did a good job on her acrylic nails but she didn't like to go to this salon because "it's expensive" (mine was a gift so I'm not sure about pricing). read more

I had the worst nail salon experience in my life. Went in for an acrylic set and was very very disappointed. My acrylics were very thick, uneven, bumpy and visually crooked. The lady did not ask if I wanted gel or regular nail polish, and just used gel regardless. There was gel polish remaining on my skin everywhere. They were not cleaned up at all. When I realized that the lady had done a very poor job I asked to have them redone or filed down to be fixed. And she filed them a small bit but the problem was not fixed. Normally I have had good experiences with other ladies that work there, but I do not think I will be going back. read more

Just got a mani/pedi here and was super disappointed. My pedicure was fine but my manicure was by far the worst I've ever gotten! I wanted acrylics with gel polish. The lady did not touch my cuticles she didn't file my nails or trim them. So now I have acrylics that you can see my real nail clear as day underneath and they won't last more than 3 weeks because my real nail is going to our grow them. She also did not even put lotion on my hands!! I have tons of dry skin hanging off my cuticles and on top of that she got the glue all over my hands! The manicure alone cost me $50 and I was sitting in that chair less than 20 minutes! I will not be coming back because this place does not know how to give a proper manicure. Don't waste your money!!! I've been to several nail places in pueblo west and in town and I have never had such a bad manicure! read more

came here to get a set of nails and pedicure for my birthday. my pedicure and nails were rushed. left acrylic all over my nails and hands and they looked nothing like my phone. they were uneven and he filed my nails after he painted them. they looked and felt awful... but the worse part is I watched him use a dirty/used file on my nails. I wish I would have spoke up then. spent my day in the urgent care with a nasty infection in my nail. will not be back and advise you to stay away!! read more

Just tried this place yesterday. Spent nearly 2 hours there for a pedicure, mostly sitting with cold towels on my legs. They appeared to be short staffed although they were not particularly busy. The staff was friendly and courteous, however, my pedicure was very sloppy -- nail polish all over my toes and uneven coats on my nails. Definitely not worth the $50 spent. I will also add that the instruments used for my pedicure came out of an unsealed, unused sterilization pouch. I don't think many people would recognize whether or not a pouch has been run through a sterilizer, but as a healthcare professional it was very obvious. The literal worst. 20/10 do not recommend. Rushed, sloppy, sat with cold towels on my legs. Polish is uneven and all over. No massage.

Have been waiting for an hour for someone to do my mani or pedi and literally no one is coming to work on me but they have helped several customers who walked in later than me. I have sent so many customers to this salon but today that comes to an end. I will be sure to let everyone know how poorly this place treats their customers. Just be honest & say there is a long wait or you are completely booked, I won't be offended, but don't lie! Hope they learn customer service skills for future clients! read more

This place is the best I've found in Pueblo. They always do a fantastic job; nails are never thick or lumpy, and they're willing to try whatever sort of design you want. Their pedicure room is also much more relaxing than other salons, as it is separate from the main room with mood lighting and relaxing music. read more

This is my second time getting a pedicure here and both times I've been pleased with the staff, atmosphere and the pedicure itself. They really take time on their work and make sure you're comfortable. I love how the pedicure chairs are separate from the rest of the area in its own private room. I completely agree with Tracy B's review. She visited on 11/03/2018 and I visited 11/11/2018 with the exact same issues as her. I really used to like going here but they are so expensive and the work is terrible. They always make me go to the younger man that works there for my naisl but he is in such a hurry that his work is terrible and he always cuts me at least once. Just like Tracy the last two time I have gone my pointer finger breaks perfectly in half. My second to last visit I had to return two days later because 6 of my 10 nails were just randomly cracking. He never paints the entire nail on your hands or feet. I can polish better then that. And the acrylic is never filed down around he edges completely. If you go here your lucky if your nails will last one week. I am looking for a new salon. read more
