Changing my review to one star because they sliced my pinky open with the drill bit and then immediately put nail glue in the cut without my permission. I also suspect them to be using illegal monomer and i will be reporting them. My nails had a strange fruity odor and the product they used burned and itched. Despite cutting me i still gave them another chance and when they were removing my previous acrylic they chipped it off with a cuticle cutter instead of soaking it off, while doing so they cut me AGAIN. This is when i knew they were using illegal product because they did not want to soak my nails off and opted for chopping away at my hand resulting in another injury. I will NEVER step foot in this business again. read more

Would seriously give ZERO . Went in to get a polish change. Super unfriendly as soon as I walked in. I asked the lady if she could help me find a color similar to the one i had on and she pointed to the wall and rudely said u go find ya colllla. Then an old lady in the back was on her phone and she took off my polish. She was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to do it. I asked her to paint my toe so i could look at the color. She starts painting 3, so i asked her if maybe i could find a lighter one. She got really mad and said go find colllla and ripped the toe separators off my toes. I come back with a pink. It was way lighter than what it looked in the bottle, so i asked her if you'd be able to see the dark polish she left on the side of my nails. She said no and kept painting. I then asked her just to put the darker color back on and she freaked out. Started yelling, and was rough painting them. After i went to the front to get my nails painted the lady kept going on and on and yelling so loud that the guy in the back came out. I sat in the chair the rest of the time crying. Most awkward experience ever. And my polish smeared as soon as i left. Didn't even paint them good. Wouldn't waste your momey on these people. No wonder why it was empty when i was there. They were all rude in here. I knew i should've just walked out as soon as i walked in read more

Great I love my nails I had my nails done by the gentleman in the 1st station and I am super happy with his work

My tried and true salon of choice for the last few years. I had to come in to have a botched set removed and a new one put on and they took great care of me. Jackie is quick, efficient, and friendly - she makes each trip worth it! read more

Lady Nails - Light green oval shaped nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Pueblo, Colorado

I walked in as a first timer getting a manicure and nail set done, the employees made me feel welcomed. Both techs treated me with respect and care. Michael did my nails and made the experience enjoyable. We talked and laughed through the appointment. I definitely recommend this place. I will be returning!! read more

This place is horrible, has an appointment for 1 and didn't get started until 2. They use cheap products, the nail tech made my nails so thin they started breaking the day after I got them done and the chrome finish I paid extra for started peeling right away. I will not be going back there, horrible customer service and low quality! read more

We were visiting Pueblo and stumbled upon the business. What a great experience! Not only did we come away with magnificent manicures but we had such a great time visiting with our tech Michael. He had us laughing like hyenas the whole time we were there. Such a personality! And the price is right. We recommend this establishment. read more

Don't waste you money! My tech couldn't even say hello let alone offer me the menu. Didn't bother to even file my nails, the massage what a joke just enough to rub the lotion in. I'm sure nail polish won't last she didn't even clean the nails with remover after lotion was applied. Place could use a good cleaning and a visit from DORA read more

Angelo did a great job on my mani pedi. He took his time. 2 1/2 hours. This was the second time I was there. First time I heard employees or owner berating a female employee. He yelled at her because she could not get gel off without hurting the customer. Also called the employee fat. This time I asked for her. She no longer works there. Again tonight I heard a male employee berating a female employee. I felt very uncomfortable at that point. It is never okay to berate any human, regardless of culture. read more

I live in Boston and decided to get my nails done today. I had a very good experience three years ago by a different nail technician. Today not so much! The nail technician that filledand cut my nails cut them too short. I do not like them! I paid $95.00 for a gel fill, gel on my toes nails, and a eyebrow wax. I got ripped off! I asked her to cut a little bit off of my nails. Not cut them as short as she did! She was also very rude and rushed filing them. I felt really uncomfortable, and did not say anything because she was so abrupt! On a good note, Michael polished and filled my nails and did a good job. I think if I come back to Pueblo I will request the girl I had 3 years ago or avoid this establishment altogether!!! Tanya read more

i love coming here to get my nails done- environment is clean, staff is so friendly and they do a great job every time. highly recommend!

As someone who is always looking for the next best nail place since moving here, I can say with certainty that I won't return here. The nail tech barely acknowledged me the whole time, except to ask if I wanted my nails cut shorter. She spoke perfect English, but was more interested in gossiping with the tech next to her. The color selection was slim, and my polish is already peeling off only a couple days later. I spent an extra $13 on paraffin wax, and got 4-5 minutes in plastic bags with no massage or anything, just a little cuticle oil at the end. Seems like a VERY cliquey place... If they know you, you get five start treatment but if you're a walkin they do the bare minimum, or send you to the newest/worst tech. Not a good way to get return clients!! read more

Lady Nails - I Lve lady nails! - Nail Salons Near Me - Pueblo, Colorado

My friend , myself & family usually go to the north side Walmart , but wanted to try something new this time. We've never had such a bad experience anywhere in pueblo. They were all very rude & we spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out prices when they already told us how much it would be over the phone. Finally we got someone to do our nails , they were all very sloppy & not what we wanted. We will never return here ... We wasted too much money & time for something so disappointing. The employees didn't pay attention to us , they kept getting up & talking , not acknowledging that they had a client in there shop. & the pain they put me through to pay that much money was outrageous. read more

Customer service was awful! I went back in and showed them my smudged nails and they said for another $15 they would fix them!!!

I try my best to keep an open mind so ive been been here a few tmes to try different people & they are very rude. Today the owner did my nails & he was very unprofessional, was on his phone the whole time. I asked for long coffin nails and I got short square I was so upset I wanted to cry I paid 50 dollars for nails that just weren't worth it I DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am so frustrated with how my nails game out they are super pricey and charged me way to much for what I got! They cut my finger nails uneven and I was bleeding after they cut three of my nails. They have no manners and not a single one of them are nice! Never ever going back! read more

I had a mani/pedi. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The message was nice and the work was neat. I will be back! Would be 5 stars but my gel coat had some bubbles. read more

I don't get a pedicure very often, perhaps twice a year... The last pedicure I got was late last summer 2016. I had a dark pink polish color applied. Since my feet have not been exposed all winter I haven't had another pedicure. I also had not removed what was left of the polish until today. YIKES!!! Both large toe nails appear to have a fungal infection. The nail is thickened and yellowed at both tips and about 1/4 inch into the length of the nails. I have never had a fungus and since there is nowhere I could have picked this up, no spa or barefoot walking, I would direct my attention to my pedicure at Lady Nails. I always worried about the cleanliness at this place and now I have a fungus!!! Ugh! read more

Went in for a French manicure on a Thursday afternoon. I was happy when I was helped almost immediately because I didn't have an appointment. My nail tech unfortunately didn't totally take off my nail polish from a previous visit and the polish from this visit is lumpy. The white on my tips doesn't reach to the edge of my nail, there was top coat gel collected on my cuticles and bubbles on some nails. I didn't enjoy this visit to Lady Nails and probably won't return because of the job done. read more

I was in Pueblo visiting some family and we decided to stop in Lady Nails for manis and pedis. The salon is quite large with the reception area and nail stations in front and an area in the back for the pedicures; there was also a separate room where they wax. With the pedicure chairs in the back room, it was nice and relaxing. We had such a blast with Hilary and Tommy, they did a really nice job on our pedis and gel manis (we splurged on the deluxe pedicures)! My cousin has been going to this salon for years and have such high praise for the great techs here! read more

Today stopped by without an appointment and was told they would be able to get me in for a pedicure in about 15 min. 20 minutes later (after waiting) told they were too busy to get me in........the time before I stopped in and 30-45 minute wait.....the first time I went it was right after they opened. Shellac peeled off a day after getting it done. Save your time and money and go somewhere good. read more

I'm shocked at the bad reviews. My daughter and I have used lady nails many times and and have always gotten great, friendy service andcthey do a great job. On the rare occasion that I go in without my daughter the oriental lady always asks about her. We won't go any place else. read more

Although the girls who did the nails did a wonderful job and were very friendly, the women running the place was horribly rude. Not only was she unkind when I had called to make an appointment for my family but also the entire time my family and I were there. They always do a great job. The interior is clean. Wait times arent very long. Very pleased with services.

Lady Nails has HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! Had an appointment at 5:45, they called and changed it to 6:00, they called AGAIN and changed it to 6:15!!!!!!! When I arrived, Tracy took a pedicure walk-in before me. I waited !HOUR and when Tracy walked the walk-in out, she asked for a rebase. Tracy walked her over and started rebasing her nails. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never return to that place again or recommend it to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

It is unfair to judge or rate the technicians as my greatest concern is with Steve, the Manager. He has clearly not had a great deal of leadership training which takes away from the skill set of the technicians. I had made reservations for an appointment on a Thursday for two pedicures and a set of nails. I received a PC Wednesday Evening stating that the tech had "overbooked" and could not meet our time constraints. I made another apt for Thursday with a different Tech. We arrived at the scheduled time, waiting 25 minutes. When I complained they placated me with putting out feet in luke warm water assuring me a tech would be "right with you." Thirty minutes later I went back to the front and complained and Steve, The Manager got involved letting me know that this is not his issue and trying to make excuses for our wait with an appointment time we had scheduled! He then spent the remainder of the time talking to two other technicians about the technician that was late and who I am gathering started this spiral of events. We have used this business for five years and always have to wait 30 minutes or more, so my displeasure was slowly growing. But to hear other staff and the Manager talk about one another was the final straw. They will no longer receive any business from myself or my family. read more
