I have never written a negative review of a business but...I had a gel manicure a week ago and have one nail already completely chipping. (I felt like my manicurist was distracted as I had to remind her to put a second on one hand. I even said to my husband afterwards that I didn't think she did a great job which is unusual and frustrating for the cost.) I called today to inquire about how to get one nail fixed and if there would be a charge. I was put on hold and gave up after ten minutes of waiting. I tried to call back and was immediately sent to voicemail, twice. I left a message and nobody returned my call. I've also tried other places in Harrisonburg but couldn't find a place that did threading so I decided to go back to Nails Spa....I had no appointment and they got me quick :) I come here to get my eyebrows done and they never disappoint! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful. I had purple dip and she didn't even take the purple off. I GOT PINK DIP YOU CAN SEE THE PURPLE THROUGH THEM. She did not reshape my nails, she cut right below my finger and me bleed. The dip is awful as well it is bumpy and uneven. I HATE NAILS SPA. WILL NEVER GO BACK DONT. I am embarrassed for people to look at my nails there is a purple/ pink mix all over my nails. EW. Why would they let me walk out of there like that. I also made an appointment for 4 and when I got there they made me wait for 30 minutes. read more

I've come here a few times now and have had Latd do my nails every time. She is wonderful and does a great job. Very precise! Everyone else I've seen get their nails done look great as well. Prices are really reasonable. Love this place read more

I would not recommend this salon. While getting a pedicure, the technician sliced the skin off of the end of my little toe with the "cheese grater" tool that they use on your feet. My toe bled the entire time I was there. I also got a manicure which was done well. However, I was charged the full amount for the pedicure. I have never written a review for a business but I want to make sure to warn others about this place. I only get one pedicure a year before vacation and not only does my toe look horrible and hurt, but I had to go to the doctor as a precaution for infection. Now, I will be taking an antibiotic and keeping my toe wrapped on my beach vacation. The technician did apologize but that just doesn't seem sufficient enough given the negligent treatment I received at this salon. read more

I went here for eyelash extensions, it was my first time getting that done. I left with what looked like cheap wobbly falsies. I returned within 2 hours to ask if the lash glue had latex in it since my eyes started feeling swollen but the glue didnt even have ingredients listed so i left and said I would return the next day if the issue didnt clear up. I spent the night miserable my eyes burned swelled and itched and the lashes felt like needles. When i returned the lady who does lashes etc was not there as she said, when i explained that i was having an allergic reaction they swept me off saying come back tomorrow as if i could wait with an ALLERGIC REACTION IN MY EYES. They offered no refund, or any solution and were unbelievably rude. I went elsewhere to get them removed and they even said they were terribly done and the glue was bad several of my natural lashes had to be ripped out. I hope my eyes dont get infected. They do not care for customer comfort or satisfaction they only want your money. I will never return and tell my family and friends to take their business to a more professional and friendly nail salon. read more

Worst nail place in Harrisonburg. Been there twice and was not satisfied at all their prices are high and they can't do nails well. They are very rude and will talk bad about you and get mad. Not clean at all and has the worst nail techs. Worst $50 I ever spent and when I told her I didn't like the nails she did for me because they were all crooked and uneven she yelled at me and said they fine then just told me to go pay. read more

I came in because two of my nails broke. I did not originally get my nails done from here but when I told them that I was out of town they had a very positive attitude and was very welcoming. I had no wait time. I sat in a chair right away and they got started on my nails. The lady was very nice and she worked to save my broken nails. She did an awesome job on the two nails I had broken. I really liked the look of the two nails. If I had of not just gotten my nails done a week before I would of most definitely got them to do a full set. Love it here! My main nail place for sure! They have hundreds of colors and are always super friendly!!! Noi is my favorite for acrilyics. The best pedi around town they do a massage, salt scrub and the chairs are super comfy!! They also are upfront with you about wait time they don't lie just to get you to sit there 30 mins for business!!!! read more
