Update: I got toenail fungus from this place. Grr. They do not disinfect their tools, I saw them using the one they used on one customer on another customer. Chloe messed up my nails, she cut it WAY too short, it hurts!!! When I told her she cut them too short and uneven, she picked up my hand, looked at it, said nothing. I said it again, she picked up my hand, looked at it again and said nothing again. I said it again, she got up, got another girl to take over without saying a word to me. Yo b*tch, I should be the one who's upset, you F'd up my nails!!! The second girl, Eva (or Ava?) managed to fix the nails best she could. She was much nicer and more gentle and most importantly, knew what she's doing. There's a reason this place is cheaper than everywhere else. My fingers hurt :( read more

My husband and I had a reservation together and they took one of us while the other waited 30 minutes. Between the tepid water in my foot bath and sub par customer service, the entire experience was an inconvenience other than a deserved pampering. My nail tech (Maili - not sure how you spell it) didn't even greet me when she sat down to do my full set. She seemed bothered I chose acrylics rather than gel because it takes longer and the salon was getting busy. I asked for coffin-shaped nails and she rushed so much that EVERY nail was crooked and uneven. About 10 minutes into the job I told her to take them off because she was rushing and we could both see they were all crooked. She didn't seem to care - completely unapologetic and unfriendly. It's unfortunate that I've been coming here for so long but don't plan on returning. Quality over quantity.. while I understand it was getting busy, don't do a poor job and lose a longtime customer just to take more customers. read more

Since my last review I have stopped going to this salon after finding out that the chemicals they are using for acrylic nails are an illegal chemical called MMA which is intended for medical use and not for nails. The prices are cheap because they use toxic chemicals. Unlabeled containers, foul odors, and tingling or burning sensation are all signs of a salon using these harmful chemicals, and I experienced all three at this salon. read more

Absolutely through worst service and management of any salon in orlando. Avoid this location at cost. The work is amateurish like the staff. The old mngmwnt was class A, these new ones are barely trained. No one would fix their mistakes and incorrect services. When I complained they refused to finish my nails. I just wanted the standard nice set. They ate incapable of this.. I haven't been in over 4 years and will NEVER go back. Also, I will tell all the women I know in sports, school, Gym and mother groups to never patronize such a subpar business. I walked in to get a pedicure a few days ago. Everyone was extremely friendly, and the two girls that worked on my pedi were very helpful when it came to a design I wanted on my big toe! The salon is very clean, and I appreciated the plastic covers that they place in the foot tubs before each guest. I will definitely be returning! read more

I came in the other day for a regular manicure. Ended up getting a gel manicure that cost me $20. Not bad pricing. While the color looked great, my experience on the other hand, I felt, was lacking this time around as I have previously been here before and have had more work done on my hands for a manicure than what was given the other day. It may have been because I came in just about an hour before closing (not sure), but the nail technician who I was assigned to seemed to be kind of in a hurry, and I felt like I didn't get the normal experience like I usually do. She filed my nails down just fine and painted them nicely. But that was just about it. She didn't cut my cuticles, massage my hands/wrists or even soak my fingernails in the warm water like they normally do, which I really would have appreciated since they were in bad shape (and still are as I had not gone out to get a manicure in several weeks prior to yesterday). To top it off, I had some strange powdery substance on the skin around my fingers, which I was able to wash off just fine when I got home but was still a first for me to see after receiving a manicure. More than likely I will come back again to give them another shot, however I truly did not appreciate the service that I got last night. Guess I'll just have to make sure to not come in an hour before closing, or else they won't give you great service :-/ read more

STAY AWAY FROM MAILY (or whatever her name is). I never write a bad review about anything but I literally have to create an account on here to warn you guys about this lady. I went to a lot of good/bad nails places and I always try to be optimistic about people but what happened at this nails salon is beyond my imagination. I came here twice and both time I got Maily. Both time, it took her literally 15 minutes max to do my gel nails. And they weren't even pretty. My gel nails came out extremely ugly and uneven. I mean if you want to do a quick job that's fine but it has to turn out half way decent. Nope. Both time, the gel only stayed on my nails for 4 days and started to peel off. So after the first time I thought maybe it wasn't completely her fault and came back the second time. Same thing. So I wasnt happy(but still no complaint) however I left her a small tips for obvious reason. Guess what? She changed her attitude immediately and didn't even say anything to me when I said bye to her. Rude. Very rude. I noticed that she didn't just do her crappy job on me. She took 15 minutes to work on a lady that came before me too. And while she was doing my nails, she kept looking at other nails techs multiple times like she was competing with them and did not pay attention to my nails at all. Bottom line is, I see this place have pretty good business going on and I don't understand why they have someone like Maily to work for them. I looked through your reviews and this is not the only complaint about Maily. You work for money not robbing. Please manage your employee (Maily) if you want your business to grow stronger. read more

When I 1st moved here from NY I tried every nail salon in the area twice. I figured I'd give them all a 2nd chance but then I walked into this salon & met Lily & Eva & I didn't need to give them a 2nd chance because they won me on the first visit! 3 years later if I'm not traveling & I'm home I ONLY come here! Very clean, modern, courteous, respectful, and extremely talented! Eva is a wiz w/ the designs! The Timber Creek design in the pics is mine! LOVED it & so did all my friends & all my little cheerleaders! Lily is a great owner & goes above & beyond to make sure you are taken care of even when you come in w/o an appointment which I'm guilty of because I'm always running around! She always seems to remember every conversation you've had w/ her & asks on your family! My 9 year old loves Lily & Eva & even though she doesn't want to get a mani all the time she likes to come because of kind & welcoming they are!
