Never asked how long I wanted them, so after he'd already cut them I had to ask him to cut them again. They came unglued quite a few times due to him only grinding 5 of my nails bc he went to answer a phone call. He made them look crooked when he filed them to look like the coffin shape, then cut me w the file. Also cut my thumb w the grinder after the nails were on. Last but not least one of my nails popped off that night not very happy at all
