I call and talked to their customer service. I was told that I had until 2025 to use them up. Went in to get a massage. Only to be charged. When I had over $500 saved up. They had "expired" they told me. It was only February of 2024. When I told them who I talked to they told me that I was wrong and that never happened. I walked out without paying. No prices were stated as I entered but typically there is a $60 hour fee. Afterwards she said it was $65 with a $2 card fee and then I added a $6 tip to be nice though I knew I wasn't coming back. I look at my bank statement two days later and she changed the total to $77 with a $10. The only thing I think is reasonable to do is to leave this review. There is no one there when you walk in and you have to call to make an appointment. I don't see how with this kind of service they could stay in business for long.
