Beautiful space, super clean and love the decor. This would definitely be a fun spot to have a monthly pedicure membership if I lived locally. Everyone working was super nice! A group of us came in for manicures before an event. None of us really loved our nails though. I had to ask for mine to be shortened three times and they're still too long (they're not accustomed to military I think). One of the other girls had to ask for hers to be filled in at the bottom of the gel X because they didn't reach her cuticle. Be prepared to have students/trainees working on your nails. I went on Sunday. My boyfriend told me not to go to any of these salons here because I won't be satisfied with how they look and he'd be correct. When I walked in I was greeted. Took to my seat. On the look on the inside it is a pretty beautiful salon. I had hard building gel with tips on did by myself I'm a licensed cosmetologist from Florida moved here a month ago wanted to see if I could find a job soon. But by the time I state down to having my Gel X on. The products were dirty gel polishes looked like they were never cleaned. Gel lights were never cleaned or replaced they had gel and anything caked on everything. It was not what I was thinking this salon would be customer service was great but the proper way of applying and asking if the customer wants their nails if they wanted a pointer stiletto nails. I asked for a simple gel x long stiletto set that is black and red. I'm fine with the ombré I get those are tough to do. But the nails are more of a shinny almond. The extra gel that was applied to the nails underneath the nail was not drilled off. I've seen multiple times in my day doing nails that they would drill that off. I had to redo the whole set in a different shape and a basic color because it was no saving the design that was done. I feel like these nail techs are not properly trained on doing basic nail art and with them running out of their necessities to work this job like lint free wipes is really crazy to me. In my opinion of doing nails and having my own press on business they need more training either the boss of this store needs to close the store and find someone who like the products they use to have someone come down there and train them on the proper way of working with these products. I'm really not impressed with this salon dirty gel polish bottles gel lights. Not taking the time to ask questions to see if I wanted them more tapered in which is a stiletto is. First picture is what I wanted the black with red ombré others are what I got they didn't even have a dark red their color section was really lacking. Salon as stated by others is impeccable and beautiful. Employees all were quite friendly. Service was appalling for my pedicure. $55 for the absolute most basic pedicure I have ever had. Nails trimmed unevenly, callous removal was poor, moisturizing was very minimal, the warm towels were stained, ragged & torn. They looked like cleaning rags. (New ones on order, we were told).. No toe holders to keep toes separated while painting or drying (once again, on order). Polish not allowed to dry in between coats and very amateurish painting, not to the edges of the nails. Terrible job. No massage of legs & barely even a scrub to the ankles. Could never recommend nor would I ever return. Such a shame for such a beautiful shop. read more

I went on a Saturday night with an appointment at 6. The nail tech who did my nails seemed new. She was very nice but my nails were a mess. I do have small nails but some polish was down all the way into the cuticle, others were not even close to it looking like some nails had grown out that night. The polish was uneven as well. We were really excited to try Alabama Nail Co. for pedicures. Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. On the plus side- the salon is beautiful and all of the ladies we talked to were very nice. Based on their cleanliness, staff and ambience they deserve to be recognized. The service is where we were left feeling a bit shorted and underwhelmed. My pedicure was very sloppy and there was very little care around any sort of massage or callus treatment which are listed in what is included in a standard pedicure on their website. At that price point I would have expected a bit more. The polish was applied way too thick and ended up being globed on and uneven. I ended up having to take it off the next day which is unacceptable for the price paid. read more

I am entering my 4th month of membership and loving it! Karlee does my nails but I've seen amazing work from all of these ladies. You get so much bang for your buck here. Peaceful and positive environment that is visibly clean and sanitary. The manicurists seem to truly enjoy their work and have wonderful attitudes. The team gets along and they don't talk negatively about their customers. Instead, they involve customers and other manicurists into group conversations which makes it feel like a community. They have spared no expense when it comes to their product line. My nails do not come off or chip at all and my natural nail is healthy. This can make the services slightly more expensive than your standard nail salon but the membership balances the price and truly pays for itself. The pedicure chairs are not the standard massage chairs that you see at other salons but personally I prefer these. There was so much attention to detail when putting this place together. There are wireless chargers built in at manicure and pedicure stations and the wall art is catered to Dothan. They always offer beverages, the bathrooms are very clean, and the app is the best! My mom and I walked in not knowing what to expect but very excited since this is a pretty new salon and I am very pleased with the service. Ty did my mom's gel nails and pedicure and she did a wonderful job and was super nice as we warmed up to each other. She also did an excellent job explaining the entire process to my mom and was very knowledgeable. Bre did my pedicure and both girls were so fun to talk to and were very good at their job. The salon itself is very nice and clean unlike many others here in Dothan. It could be pricey to some but considering the amazing service and the environment and cleanliness I think it's very much worth coming and I highly recommend getting your nails done with Ty and Bre! read more

I took my 11 year old daughter to get her toes painted and gel polish on her nails. They charged $15 to take off the regular polish on her toes...not gel removal. Then $45 for gel polish on her nails, not manicure and $30 for polish on her toes (because they put her toes in a bowl of water) not a pedicure. It cost $90 total....won't do that again! And on top of that the gel was peeling after 3 days....smh read more
