they were really nice people there and everyone was super friendly. i got my toes done and they just look sloppy. they could have done more coats of it to make it look less patchy. it's been like a week since I got them done and I got a ingrown toenail. if you know what that it is, it is when they cut the toenail wrong making it grow back wrong and very painful. I might have to go to the doctor to get the toenail cut so it does hurt anymore. read more

It used to be a nice salon, with the sweetest techs. Now Kelley seems to attend to most clients and is abrupt and rude and does nails in like 15 minutes! Jen who used to work the front desk was the best ! She always had a big smile and was so welcoming to every customer. It's not the same without her there. I never been in the salon with very limited color collections. It was impossible to match my regular nail polish pedicure with gel manicure. Only one technician who knew how to use powder colors . For well established business it give me feel as they are going out of business. I hope this is not the case but it's time to keep up with the trends. On top of the color fiasco my pedicurist was ver inexperienced she scratched my entire foot pretty bad until I started to bleed . read more

I have come to this salon many times and as long as I have had Kelly or Stephanie my nails have been great. Today they were both busy so I had Debbie and the worst manicure of my life. Debbie never fully removed my previous gel polish so once my nails were painted white, the previous red was still visible, upon request to remove the previous polish she instead added more layers of white gel polish to cover it which will inevitably result in these nails peeling off within the week. She never trimmed my cuticles until asked and when I asked her to she didn't push my cuticles back and barely trimmed anything. My nails are completely uneven, unprofessionally polished, and not at all what I asked for. For the first time ever I did not tip for a service and will not return. read more

I agree with all the negative reviews here. Front desk receptionist is incredibly rude. All the treatments we had lasted one day, Gel and manicure. My manicurist painted over existing nail polish which you could see through the pink nail polish I picked. When I mentioned it I was told I should have picked a darker color. read more

calling around after covid restrictions were loosening up this was the only place i could get an appointment. i had a regular manicure and pedicure, nothing fancy - just straight polish. the manicurist (who also did my toes) took forever to finish. i wouldn't have minded if she had done an outstanding job, but it wasn't even acceptable. i noticed when she finished that my nails needed buffing - and she kept mumbling something about the "lines" in my nails but i couldn't really hear her since she was wearing a mask and was also shielded behind a divider. she wasn't asking me about them, just mumbling to herself. so why on earth wouldn't she just buff them?? on to the pedicure: she also took her time on my toes, so much so that the woman at the desk came over to ask how much longer she'd be. when she responded "15 minutes" the woman sighed and rolled her eyes. she continued filing my toe nails with one of those short, drugstore emory boards! it was the kind you might hide in a small pocket in your handbag to keep in case of emergencies. all the tools they used were absolutely ridiculous. i would say it's no wonder they do such a shi ++ y job, given the pretend manicure tools they are using, but honestly the people doing the work are simply not up to par. they eventually sent a different girl over to finish and i was kind of glad, thinking this other person might do a better job ...but no. and why would i think that? $45 later and i'm looking for yet another salon who can manage to give a proper manicure. i don't think i'm asking for much, but apparently so. read more

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. I was in the area from out of town and was looking for somewhere to get a quick manicure. Let me just say I am happy I never have to go back to this place again. The nail technician I had was not rude but was definitely not friendly. However, the woman at the front desk (who is the owner I'm assuming) was extremely rude. Even from the second I walked in she had a bad attitude and was not welcoming at all. When it came time to pay I anticipated being able to add the tip when signing the receipt. When she handed me the receipt there was no place to add a tip so I asked if it was possible. She said "There's an ATM right there" with a strong attitude. Having to take money out of an ATM was not the main issue for me. The way the woman went about it really bothered me. Overall the manicure was averagely done. Thankful I never have to go here again. read more

The front desk receptionist is rude and should not be dealing with customers. They make it clear that "walk-ins" are welcome, but when you walk in, she is anything BUT welcoming! Truth be told, the majority of the technicians are very good and nice, but I only use Nails Plus in Colts Neck as a last resort because the thought of having to sit with a scowling faced woman staring at me from the front desk because I didn't have an appointment makes my stomach turn. 2 stars was a gift, I assure you! read more

The staff is wonderful! The receptionist is friendly and welcomes you as you arrive! when you leave they make you feel like they can't wait until you return! Kelly does my nails and she is meticulous yet creative. I highly recommend this salon. read more
