Before starting any appointment I've constantly asked if they do designs and show them the photos I am interested in. They have always said yes they can but I wish they would have told me they didn't understand or couldn't do it. I just kept being told yes and being pushed through the appointment. I also asked for my nails to be cut since they are too long for me, and then they didn't cut them but instead decided to file them down. I attached reference photos to one of the designs I was looking for and then what I had received. I only showed one for nail tip reference and the other for the face. The literal tips of my nails were painted instead of normal tips being painted on and they wouldn't add a base color to make the sparkles layer and show. They tried to paint the scream face but didn't understand the reference and didn't realize it needed to be a face with a mouth. Every time I questioned them during my nail service I was reassured that they understood. I was just so disappointed and really wish I would have been told no in the beginning as I would have went somewhere else.

Inside was cool, quiet and beautifully designed. A nice change from some other salons I have been to. I had a recent vacation coming up and opted to get my nails done by getting a gel manicure. The nail tech I had was very kind and helpful when doing my nails for the specific design I wanted. My nails were done with care and were done within the hour.
