She is very nice but got annoyed when I told her if she could cut my toe nails after she had filed them. She never asked me if I wanted them cut or not and I was on my phone so I didn't notice. She is not good at putting polish on either. Needs a paintbrush dipped in acetone to fix the polish all around your nails and puts on thick layers of polish all the way past the cuticle. Afterwards the top coat starts bubbling up. They are all very nice but should have a higher standard if they are charging $28 for a mani and pedi and have $20 for a mani pedi on the wall above the polish. Could also be cleaner.

For starters he never asked me to wash my hands lol. He just dug right in and started doing my nails. Like at NO point did I actually get up and wash my nails until the very end and even that was me just knowing to wash my hands. The young man that did my nails had a leg cast and he was a very nice guy. However he was very chatty with his coworkers and I felt that he made a lot of "oOoopsies"... he had to wipe off the polish a few times once he got started. To be fair my nails were short BUT my nails are always short and I nail techs are always able to give me A1 work. As you'll see in the pictures -- he didn't have the acrylic pushed to my cuticles. It looked as though I already needed a fill in if you ask me. I like my nails to look like it's coming OUT of the cuticles. There was also a spot where maybe the acrylic didn't settle right and there are holes near the cuticles on my thumb. I couldn't help but be frustrated because not only did he take a long time, he was chatty Kathy and making all of these small errors. I won't be back simply because it's a long drive to sit so close to everyone and get rushed yet take all day service. The other nails techs were doing a great job around me, so do go -- because again, the Instagram pictures looked great if you're into the creative nails.

Even though the two of us asked for the same service, we did not get the same services done. When I asked about it she only spoke to the tech who was with my friend and he gave me a sad smile as she continued to work and not once acknowledge me. There was no massage, not warm towel wrap, and no scrub. She pretty much cut then painted my nails. They charged me the full price, though. When I asked about the service not reflecting the price, they doubled down and she walked away from me to hide in the back. Her lack of technique shows in the finished product. I usually only book with Lili, as I've had bad experiences with other staff in the past, so I stick with the one person who consistently does my nails the way I like. One afternoon, I came in with my two children, who were well behaved. As soon as we walked in, the owner looked at my girls and began speaking in another language to his staff. It was obvious there was some kind of issue based on their interactions. He told me to sit down, appeared to argue with the nail tech who was going to work on me, and then said, "Just try your best." Less than a minute later, my daughter accidentally dropped her cheeseburger and became upset. Almost immediately without giving me a chance to address the situation he came up to me and said they could not do my nails with my kids there because they "distract the staff." I felt extremely embarrassed. I calmly said okay and left. While I understand that an upset child can be distracting, they did not give me any opportunity to handle it. My children were eating and sitting quietly with their tablets prior to that moment. What upset me the most is that after being a loyal customer for three years, the one time I brought my kids it became an issue. If this salon is not kid-friendly, that should be clearly stated upfront. The way this situation was handled made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Aervice was fine, but quality of workmanship is poor. Got my gel manicure on Saturday evening-by midday Sunday 2 nails had chipped at the end. Today and Tuesday, and you can see the pictures below. I haven't even done dishes or laundry yet. Upon seeing my nails after 2 coats and a topcoat of red, I told the tech I can see through to the whites and the polish was not colored evenly over the nail. I repeated a few times, but the tech kept saying the color was just that light. Fine, then upon applying a 2nd coat, i've typically had decent nail tech ask if I want a 3rd coat because of the color being thin.

The only thing I do not like is there is no price board; I like to be able to calculate exactly what I'm being charged because it's all in writing. Other than that they were friendly and I would recommend others to check them out. ------------------------- UPDATE: I had to lower my review two stars. Less than a week later, the polish began to completely lift from one of my nails. I expect gel polish to last more than 3-4 days, so I will not be going back here.
