I recently decided to try threading again - I'd not done it in about seven years - and after reading the positive Yelp reviews of the spa, I figured I'd give it a try. I appreciated the easy online booking, and although the owner fell ill the day before my appointment, she messaged me directly to let me know and we rescheduled to another time that was convenient for me. The space itself is small, but very nicely appointed and comfortable. The small waiting area is cozy and there is bottled water and tea available, as well as some nice products to browse. The treatment space is simple and hygienic, and her threading technique is very good - my brows look great! Also, she noted my super sensitive skin and suggested natural products that I could buy at a health food store, rather than trying to sell me on any of the products that are available for sale at the spa, which I appreciated. I googled the natural products that she recommended (diluted rose water as a toner and pure argan oil as a moisturizer), and there appears to be good evidence for both with respect to my skincare needs. All in all, a very positive experience and no high pressure sales tactics. Treatment pricing is a little on the high side, but no different than what I would pay at my other spas, one of which is in the area. I do plan to return for threading, and am now using the natural products, as well.

However, she was so quick and efficient that the pain was most definitely worth it. My appointment was at 13:00, and I arrived just a few minutes early, and I was out of there by 13:13! No irritation or red bumps afterwords, just perfectly smooth skin. Overall pretty great experience.

The package was left unattended, and although a delivery photo was provided, I did not sign for or receive the parcel.
